Primary liver cancer(primary hepatic carcinoma,PHC) referred to as liver cancer,is the primary liver cells or intrahepatic bile duct epithelial cells of malignant tumors,is one of the most common malignant tumor.China's high-incidence area for primary liver cancer,occult onset,long-latency, high-grade,survival was very short,poor quality of life,and the treatment of intractable,known as "King of cancer".In recent years,as a result of hepatitis B virus infections,pesticides,aflatoxin,water pollution, nitrite,and alcohol-related factors,such as infection.In our country, hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus infection is the most direct cause of the occurrence of liver cancer,the incidence of liver cancer,there have been an upward trend.Therefore,positively prevention and treatment of liver cancer has become the most important issue.Fu zheng bu xu is an important Chinese medicine treatment of liver cancer, the so-called "Treat deficiency by tonification." "Interior deficiency" is the main cause of the occurrence of liver cancer and it' slinking to the spleen deficiency.Spleen deficiency is an important incidence of primary liver cancer pathogenesis.Fu zheng bu xu is liver cancer patients by the helping of Yin and Yang qi tonic and liver cancer patients to improve regulation of the "deficiency syndrome" state,so as to achieve to combat liver cancer.It is also the application of tonic herbs strong regulation of the human body yin-yang balance and blood,organs,meridians functional balance and stability, and enhancing the capacity of the body anti-cancer approach to improve the survival rate of patients with long-term,quality of life.Objective:From the etiology and pathogenesis of liver cancer to start exploring fu zheng bu xu furmula on experimental liver cancer treatment and clinical research.Part of clinical research:The main observation fu zheng bu xu furmula(Shentao Ruangan Wan and Huaier Keli) for the mid and late stage liver cancer patients in clinical treatment evaluation.Experiment part:through experimental study on the adoption of preliminary study Shentao Ruangan on the human hepatoma cell H22 of the inhibition rate, apoptosis and related gene expression regulation,preliminary study of the mechanism of the prescription,the prescription in primary liver cancer provide theoretical basis.Methods:clinical research part:the standard would be in line with the 43 cases of patients,the use of forward-control study of clinical methods, sub-group of Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Practitioners Board in order to stageⅢ~Ⅳnon-surgical indications in patients with primary liver cancer of 22 cases.The use of disease(oral Huaier particles) and differentiation(Shentao Ruangan card with plus or minus side of Fu zheng bu xu formula) combination of treatment methods.Western Group using western medicine treatment of pure phaseⅢ~Ⅳpatients with primary liver cancer of 21 cases.The use of intervention,chemotherapy or targeted therapy. Experimental results show that:Shentao Ruangan on the human hepatoma cell H22 inhibit the growth of,CTX positive inhibition rate was 64.6%,high-dose group the maximum inhibition rate 38.9%.CTX-positive group and Shentao Ruangan to high-dose,low-dose group of BCL-2 have different degrees of inhibition,but low-dose and high dose group was not significant.Conclusion:Shentao Ruangan tumor in a stable,Karnofsky patients,improve liver function and improve clinical symptoms,especially to improve the patients pain in the hypochondrium bloating,fatigue,weight gain,such as a better therapeutic effect.Shentao Ruangan on human hepatoma cells inhibited the growth of H22,and inhibition of BCL-2 which induced apoptosis of tumor cells.Because of many factors affect the treatment of liver cancer,the experiment is only observed from several aspects of research,the future of Shentao Ruangan Pill for more detailed and systematic clinical observations, to further validate its clinical effectiveness.Animal experiments for the Shentao Ruangan Studies carried out the demolition in order to further confirm the best and effective combination of a small prescription for efforts to develop new drugs.
