Observe And Clinical Study The Effect Of Chinese Formulated Products Of Ying-Qi-Ling For Curing Graves Disease And The T Hemo-Lymphocyte Subset

Objective:To study the Effect of Chinese Formulated Products of Ying-Qi-Ling for Curing Graves Disease and the T Hemo-lymphocyte Subset,and discuss the regulation immune mechanise of YQL,reveal the immune pathogenesis and guide the clinical therapy of Graves disease.Methods:155 csses were randomly divided into three groups:Ying-Qi-Ling group has 71 patients(type of hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN 32 patients;type of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis 39 patients)treaded by YQL 5 tablets tid.Western medicine group has 25 patients treaded by methimazole 5mg tid.Conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group has 59 patients(type of hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN 30 patients;type of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis 29 patients)treaded by YQL 5 tablets tid and methimazole 5mg tid.Each group was given 2 periods of treatment,3 months a period.Observe the main symptomes;measure the size of eye-tubercle by exophthalmometer in department of ophthalmology;measure the size of the thyroid by B-mode ultrasonography and test the serum level of FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAb,TPOAb,CD₃⁺CD₄⁺,CD₃⁺CD₈⁺,CD₃⁺CD₄⁺/ CD₃⁺CD₈⁺.Result:1.YQL can improved the general symtoms in GD treated groups,the effects surpass the Western medicine group and the Conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group.But the degree is imbalance in every type of syndrome.YQL can significantly improved the symtoms such as restlessness,pyrophobia,hydrodipsia,thrill,polyphagia,lassitude,ect. 2.YQL can reduced the thyroid goiter especially in the type of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis GD patients but not equal to the conbined treatment of YQL and methimazole.3.Methimazole and the conbined treatment of YQL and methimazole can diminished the size of eye-tubrcle in GD patients,better than that in the conrol group of YQL.4.YQL can adjust the thyroxin level of GD patients,ont better than that in the control group of methimazole,but the effct in the type of hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN group is manifest.5.YQL can degrade the level of the thyroglobulin antibody and the thyroperoxidase antibody in the blood serum,not better than those in the Conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group. but the effct in the type of hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN group is manifest6.YQL can advance the level of the CD₄⁺T%in the blood serum,degrade the level of the CD₈⁺T%in the blood serum and adjust the percentage of CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺.7.The effect of YQL centered excellence phase majority.The effect of YQL Has no overdose time vpositive rationem.8.The T Hemo-lymphocyte Subset of GD maybe is the objective material foundation of the pattern of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:YQL has a good clinical application value.There existing significantly immune disorder in the patients weith GD,which is realted to the imbalanc of the T lymphocyte.YQL can repair this kind of immunologic derangement step by step.During this course,the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subset level was not coincidence with that of FT3,FT4 and TSH levels,the maintenane therapy is necessary for patients with GD.
