| ObjectiveTo observe the quantum resonance effect and clinical therapeutic effect on hemiplegia stroke with Liquid Magnetic.To offer objective evidences for the application of quantum medicine in the traditional Chinese meridian system.Methods:Experiment 1:Observe group includes 30 hemiplegic stroke patients.Control group includes 30 normal volunteers by the same age and gender ratio of the observe group.We use 3D NLS diagnostic device to gather the low frequency noise quantum resonance signals of patient's cerebral cortex in both groups under a silent circumstance.By telling the differences between two groups' quantum resonance signals,we tried to figure out the diagnostic sensitivity and consistency of 3D-NLS diagnostic device in the period of examining stroke patients.Experiment 2Ninety cases were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=30),control group A(n=30) and control group B(n=30).The treatment group were treated with magnetic liquid,(group A with wood scraping plate,group C with water buffalo horn scraping plate) at(Baihui)(DU16) acupoint,lasting for 3 minutes to observe the value of compensatory reaction ratio(CRR)Experiment 3Sixty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=30),and control group(n=30).The treatment group were treated with magnetic liquid on DU16(Baihui)and control group on DU23(Shangxing) for 3 minutes to observe the difference of CRR between DU16 and DU23 acupoints.After 2 weeks sixty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=30) with paralyzed arm,control group(n=30)with normal arm.The treatment group were treated with magnetic liquid on PC6(Neiguan) acupoint of paralyzed arm and control group on PC 6 of normal arm for 3 minutes to observe the difference of CRR between the two different side of PC6(Neiguan) acupoints.Experiment 4Sixty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=30),and control group(n=30).The treatment group were treated with the same regular treatment as control group but adding magnetic liquid on DU16(Baihui) acupoint for 20 minutes twice every other day,three times a week.Both groups received two weeks treatment.Their clinical therapeutic and quantum resonance effects were evaluated before and after the treatment according to the NDS and HAMD, related to the nerve dysfunction and depression two aspects.Results1.Diagnostic Effect of 3D NLS on Stroke.The combination of lower D value(Disease likeness degree) and higher E value(Entropy) in the observe group were significantly different from the control group(P＜0.05).The various indexes of abnormal nerve function divided into 3 degrees (slight,middle,and heavy degree) were related to the distribution trend of D:Slight degree:Mostly D values were at the range between 0.4 and 1.Middle and heavy degree:Mostly D values were below 0.4(P＜0.05).In generally,the higher the various indexes of abnormal nerve function were,the lower the D values were too.No matter what level the abnormal nerve function is,E values mostly were at level of 6 or 7.2.Quantum Resonance Differentiation stimulated by Magnetic Liquid and Other Materials on Stroke.The various indexes of CRR(Compensatory Reaction Ratio) of magnetic liquid group were significantly better than the CRR of wood or water buffalo horn scraping plate groups(P＜0.05).Among the group of stroke patients diagnosed by MRI,there is no significant diagnostic difference between MRI and 3D-NLS(P＞0.05). 3.Quantum Resonance Effect of Different Acupoints Stimulated by Magnetic Liquid on Hemiplegia StrokeThe various indexes of CRR of DU16(Baihui) were significantly better than the indexes of CRR of DU23(Shangxing)(P＞0.05).The various indexes of CRR of PC6(Neiguan) on the paralyzd arm is better than the indexes of PC6 on the normal arm(P＞0.05).4.Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Hemiplegia Stroke on DU16 Treated by Magnetic Liquid during Rehabilitative Period①There was no significant difference of NDS between observe and control group after the treatments(P＞0.05).②There was a significant difference of NDS between before and after treatment in both group(P＜0.05).③The various indexes of depression improvement in the treat group were significantly better than the control group(P＜0.5).④There was a statistically significant difference of HAMD after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05).The HAMDof observe group after the treatment was better than the HAMD of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion1.The quantum resonance signal gained by NLS diagnostic device can be used to reveal the improvements of the stoke patients' pathological conditions. The value of D(Disease likeness ratio) is less steady than the value of E (Entropy).2.The CRR(compensatory reaction ratio) of Magnetic liquid is better than the CRR of other materials made by wood or bubalus horn.3.The average quantum resonance effect of the acupoint DU 16(Baihui) stimulated with Magnetic liquid is the most strongest of all other acupoints. The resonance effect of the acupoint PC 6(Neiguan) on the paralyzed arm is better than the same one on the normal arm.4.The depression conditions of stroke patients during the rehabilitative period are obviously improved by stimulating their acupoints DU 16(Baihui) with the Magnetic Liquid.
