| SELEX is systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment,It is a external molecular screening system by combinatorial chemical and molecular biology.It break through the manner that bio-ploymer should come from organism.nowaday,Many kinds of specific aptamers for different target have been screened from DNA and RNA library by SELEX.These aptamers have wide combination capacity and high specificity,Aptamer would be a good tool for bio-ploymer research.Since HIV was discovered in 1980?,AIDS(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) which is led by HIV has been a vital disease to mankind.It has killed over 20 millions peoples.Because of new and developed methods of molecular biology atc, It's very repaidly to research HIV,HIV's gentic pattern and it's structure have been identified now,and it's pathogenic mechanism has also been recongnised deeply.beacuse HIV is a reverse transcriptive virus,so it's a vital mission in medical field. If we acquire a intelligent polymer which has biological capacity of discernment by chemosynthesis and use it to HIV medical and biological research,It would be very important to HIV prevention.diagnose and treatment through the research and development of the product which could identify molecule and deliver drug directly.First of all,we screened specific oligonucleotide aptamers to HIV-1 p24 by SELEX;secondly,we separated,analyzed and identified specific oligonucleotide aptamers by the methods of molecular biology and acquired powerful active aptamer;thirdly,we modified and identified the aptamers and combinated molecular nucleic acid beacon to the aptamer,so that the marked aptamer has the ability to discriminate HIV-1 p24 and amplify the sign;then we have finished the researsh of application of the intelligent bio-polymer.In summary, we first screened 19 specific nucleic acid aptamers of HIV-1 p24 by SELEX and constrctured nucleic acid beacon aptamer of HIV-1 p24, identified it's activity and finished basic research of application.
