The changes of global economy and political situation, and the progress of science and technology have brought profound influence to all fields of the world, especially to the Medical Specialty. The ideological and political education for medical students are confronted with some new problems since the education pattern has been transformed into "Biology-Psychology-Society-Surroundings" from biomedical model. Facing the current opportunities and challenges, how does China Higher Medical Education study 21st Century Medical Humanity Quality Education in the view of ideological and political education, under the situation that the education pattern has transformed, the education ideas have being innovated and the medical students lack humanistic spirit? Our paper investigates this question from the following aspects:Study the fundamental features of the medical humanistic quality education in the view of ideological and political education. The paper begins with the connotation of quality, we try to define quality and describe its features; so that we can make clear the idea, the goal, the norm and the principle of medical humanistic quality education, analyze the internal relationship of medical humanistic quality structures and find its features. Medical Education Certification for Undergraduates in China points out: The medical colleges and universities will try out 21st Century Medical Humanity Quality Education from 2009, and it sets medical humanities as a required course for medical students for the first time. So, it's necessary for us to understand the relationship between the Ideology and Politics Education and Medical Humanistic Quality Education. The Medical Humanistic Quality Education will be the direction of reform and developing of Ideology and Politics Education for medical students at present and in the future.Combining with the practical investigation, analyze the features of Medical Humanistic Quality Education and discuss the cause of formation. Firstly, we analyze the ideological standards and political awareness, the cultural quality and the health and psychological quality of medical students, in order to seize the fundamental features of humanistic quality of medical students basing on their characteristics of thought, politics, morality features, culture, art and aesthetics fields, and the physiology, psychology and body training aspects. Secondly, combining with specialized characteristics of medical science, we study the establishment of medical ethics and the development of humanistic care, such as "people oriented", "patient-centered" and so on. We find that there are still a lot of problems, even if most of medical students are good, in which the lack of medical humanistic spirits is the most one. Thirdly, the above problems mainly caused by humanistic quality education, self-cultivation of humanistic quality of medical students, the education in ideology and politics, the transformation of social economy, the social history culture, and the impact and harmony of Chinese and Western culture, etc.. It not only provides theoretical and realistic evidence for the study of current medical humanistic quality education, but also makes medical humanistic quality education more pointed and effective, and could get great success in practice.Learn the experience of medical humanistic quality education at home and abroad in the view of Education in Ideology and Politics. Combing with the developing history of medical humanistic education in China and foreign countries, we investigate the Chinese traditional medical humanistic quality-oriented education and the developing condition of the medical humanistic quality education in some developed countries, to learn the invaluable experience at home and abroad. Beginning with the ideological and political education, we firstly indicate that it is the important components of medical humanistic quality-oriented education and plays a key role in the process of medical humanistic quality-oriented education. We discuss the basic problems, the education principle, the educational channel and methods of ideological and political education. These results lay the theoretical foundation for further research and made it easy to find out the basic viewpoints, principle and methods for studying medical quality education. Secondly, we study the process of ideological and political education for medical students. We find that the main factor is the process with three components of interknitting, interdependency and interplaying-teachers, educational environment and medical students. So it's necessary to start with the three fundamental factors to carry out the medical humanistic quality education. Thirdly, the education in ideology and politics should be cultured into medical humanities, medical scientific research, medical treatments, club activities, social practice and every other parts of medical humanistic quality-oriented education, to cultivate students to actively comply with the rules and regulations stipulated by school and make them become the advocate persons, organizers and executors of all orders and regulations.Combining the main-channel education with the secondary-channel education, organize and implement the medical quality-oriented education in all rounds. The reforms for "two courses" could promote the main-channel education, so, beginning with the reason of the reform for "two courses" and trend of medical humanistic education, we discuss the idea, the principle and method of the designing of medical humanistic education system, and put forward programs to optimize "two courses" and adjust the content of medical humanistic lessons. We point out the developing direction and reform measures for the system of medical humanistic lessons. Enhance the secondary-channel education by carrying out the activities of "the second classroom", investigate the self-internalization system of humanistic knowledge for medical students by internalization theorem of ideological and political education, research the self-transformation system of humanistic education for medical students by the social practice of ideological and political education, and study the self-activation system of humanistic education for medical students by the campus culture of ideological and political education. From the internalization of knowledge to the transformation of capacity, then to the activation of quality, the three factors are interdependent, interrelated, interactional and mutual promotion. So, medical humanistic quality-oriented education should give priority to the main-channel education, that's to say, the medical humanistic courses are primarily, and the secondary-channel education-"the secondary classroom" is auxiliary. In a word, the main-channel education plays a leading function and the secondary-channel education is the supplementary and extension of main-channel education.Investigate the regularity of the 21 st Century Medical Humanity Education in the view of reformation and innovation of ideological and political education, and discuss the features of integrated development of medical talents in the 21st Century. First, the reformation of ideological and political education is the premise and foundation to strengthen the study on medial humanistic quality-oriented education theory. Study the way of medical quality-oriented education with the help of education experimentation, show the intrinsic nature of medical human quality-oriented education by the internalization system of ideological and political education, and predict the developing direction of medical humanistic quality-oriented education through the theoretical research on ideological and political education. Second, innovate the way of ideological and political education to construct the theoretical system of medical humanistic quality-oriented education, innovate the method of ideological and political education to realize the modernization of medical humanistic quality-oriented education, innovate the evaluation system of ideological and political education to realize the normalization of medical humanistic quality-oriented education and innovate the framework of ideological and political education o realize the systematization of medical humanistic quality-oriented education. Third, study the integrated development of people and the standard of medical talents in the 21st century. The integrated development is a scientific, complete and dialectic concept, it is a free, egocentric and all-round, harmonic process, and therefore promotes the development of medical talents in 21 st century and cultivates the medical workers who are politically steadfast, professionally competent, and have noble medical ethics and the courage to practice, like Bethune.Study the realistic meaning of the 21 st century medical quality education and the global development trend, from the development of China, the 21st century medical quality education is needed by applying the scientific outlook in the development with "People Centrality", the construction of socialist market economy system, the current development and progress of scientific technology and the transformation and establishment of the medical education model at present. In the worldwide, the connotation, the norm, the management, the exchanges and the characteristics of medical humanistic quality-oriented education all trends to the globalization. In brief, the medical humanistic quality-oriented education is the reality choice of higher medical education in our country and the new subject for the research of 21st century medical quality-oriented education. So it's necessary to continually study 21st century medical quality-oriented education on the base of viewpoint, principle and method of ideological and political education and in the view of ideological and political education.
