Study On Acoustic Characteristic & Therapeutic Strategy For Vowel Articulation Movement In Mandarin

Now articulation movement is limited to qualitative description in China, lack of objective measurement, can't well reflect the fine changes in articulation motor. The purpose of this study was to learn the acoustic characteristics of normal adult by formant F1, F2, F3, and to compare the characteristics of people with dysarthria, lastly build the treatment of vowel articulation movement system.The study based on oral motor and speech articulation motor, builder the jaw, lips, tongue articulation motion model in the way of single and conversion motor. Though the analysis of acoustic characteristics of 30 normal adults, the study determined sensitive parameters which can reflect jaw, lip and tongue articulation movement, and optimized physical and acoustic articulation motion model, providing quantitative reference standard.The study based on acoustic characteristics of normal adults, in the use of speech assessment, subjective and objective assessment of articulation motor, got the characteristics of people with dysarthria, providing a reliable basis for the treatment.The study based on characteristics of people with dysarthria, around optimal articulation motion model, discussed the principle of treatment and constructed the jaw, lips, tongue Treatment strategy for the dysarthria though articulation training and accent thearpy, which greatly improved the efficacy of rehabilitation.
