Kant's political philosophy is the German reflection of modern liberalism. It can be considered the rational reflection between the Enlightenment and the French Revolution. It establishes the core values of modern society - freedom, and as a modern liberal politics and establishes a solid ethical foundation. Kant's life times, liberalism is via the 17th century Britain development to 18 century French, again by French development to Germany, and gradually expand the tendency of. Although the development of the liberal expanded, but the roots of liberalism was not strong. The reason is that, before Kant, the people demonstrated for freedom can be attributed to the person as a subject from the outside to find a free basis, or is this based on truth or God, if freedom is based on change, the establishment of the liberal building will be subversive.Obviously this kind of freedom is just a "discipline type" free, free forever under heteronomy cannot escape from the bondage of heteronomy such freedom does not accord with modern liberalism political demands. Kant through the analysis of human reason ability that real freedom is the human will follow its rational law and through determine their own ability, this is the highest expression of human freedom, thus laid a modem liberalism political theoretical basis. So the legitimacy of the country lies in the maintenance and guarantee according to this human inalienable, absolute freedom and rights. This means that individual countries are no longer passive obedient, but have the initiative and dynamism of the subject, which ensure that they have the basic right of all from himself.Such countries had built for citizens to internal responsible, and can ensure that a state of war between countries get rid of transition to legal status, so as to realize human permanent peace. Expectations for perpetual peace constitutes the ultimate goal of political philosophy of Kant, the realization of this goal depends on our understanding and practice of freedom.
