The formation of HuaiNanTsu'was a result agitated by philosophers'thoughts from the society of early Western Han Dynasty to the middle.The core change of its theory was embodied on the theme which revolved around realistic task about politics and Zeitgeist of the day.Obviously,it was a mixture and also a summary of so many thoughts of philosophers who lived from pre-Qin dynasty to Western Han dynasty,especially based upon the thoughts' of Laozi and Zhuangzi.it made some significant break throughts. The main research content of this article is to explain the aspects from Literature research, Thought research of HuaiNanTsu, Longitudinal comparison with other Thinkers, combine historical pluralistic interpretation and etc., which includes three parts:introduction, body and conclusion.Introduction describes the research achievements, Research status come from academic circles In recent decades and analyze why the thought in HuaiNanTsu is not Daoism of LaoTus and Yellow Emperor, but originated from Daoism of LaoTus and ChuangTsu. The main part is product of LaoTus and ChuangTsu. Which also mixed other thoughts.The first chapter of the main part, analyzes the inheritance and development of LaoTsu and ChuangTsu's theory, from the contents of Tao, relation of Tao and the world, and, the symbolic picture of Tao to the universe. The second chapter analyzes the quietism of 'HuaiNanTsu'which was modified from LaoTsu and ChuangTsu's thought, proposed more positive quietism and rule the world according to Tao. The third chapter analyzes HuaiNanTsu's inheritance and development of LaoTus and ChuangTsu's outlook on life from the construction of beings, the relationship of the relation of life construction, the cultivation of life. The forth chapter analyzes how HuaiNanTus improved the social and historical conception of LaoTus and ChuangTsu. The fifth chapter deeply analyzes how HuaiNanTsu improved the natural humanity theory of LaoTsu and Chuangtsu, by absorbing thoughts from Confucianism. The sixth chapter analyzes the similarity of attitudes to death of HuaiNanTsu, LaoTus and ChuangTsu.This article choose six important aspects of HuaiNanTsu to analyze HuaiNanTsu's inheritance and advancement. He deeply concerned social reality and practiced actively, absorbed thoughts from Legalists and natural science of early Han Dynasty, proposed ruling according to Dao. I think in that social background, HuaiNanTsu absorbed and modified achievements of many theories, built a systematic philosophy about Tao of universe, humanity, natural and higher beings. In order to solve life and social problems of that time, the efforts of melting all kinds of thoughts speed up the mixing of Daoism and Confucianism. The positive exploring for universe, natural, human life and social is irreplaceable and, important in the history of Chinese Thoughts, still can be used for reference by modern people.
