The Two Governments During The Northern Song Xifeng Study

This dissertation concentrates on the Zhongshu and the Bureau of Military Affairs in the Xining and Yuanfeng period of the Song Dynasty. It basesd on the reproducibility of this complex historical facts, analysis of the action and impact as well as roles of Erfu(the Zhongshu and the Bureau of Military Affairs) in the shape of Xifeng unique political and cultural processes.Xifeng Erfu government officials did their administrative work in the specific context of the environment. Shenzong and reality crisis set the direction and framework to Erfu's administrative affairs between the tangible and intangible. In order to seek remedy to resolve the the crisis of reality, Shenzong government Embarked on reform. During his investigation and screening on Prime ministers and Deputy prime ministers, Wang Anshi became the Prime minister who is a person With strong innovative ideas,he begain to reform ecnomic system personnel system and other areas of related fields. Throughout the reform process, the Zhongshu lead by Wang An-shih not only to design the new law provision, but also to correct the problems in the pilot process of the new law and adjustment it; to deal with not only the pressure from Remonstrations system as result of the implementation of political reform, but also to cope with the obstruction and destruction of the Bureau of Military Affairs on the new lawï¼›not only to face the attack and criticism between the Reform camp and the anti-Reform faction, but also the face of splits and defections from the internal members of the Reform faction.
