The thesis takes LuYou's prose as the research object.In present, the academiccircles of domestic and overseas for the research of the LuYou's prose is weak.Although the research in some specific problems is in depth, Generally speakingsystematic and comprehensive research is in lack. It has not appeared yet a monographof the research of the LuYou's prose in the academic circles. The theses published thesealso mostly comment from a certain aspect of the LuYou's prose, which are notcomprehensive and deep research. This thesis is based on the literary standard, with themethod of perceptual and the rational combination, which reaches deeply the qualitiesand value of LuYou's prose and eventually refuges in the literary research.The Preface emphasizes on LuYou's identity of honest patriot and thecharacteristics of the prose of honest patriot, which are showy ability, intenseemotion, altitudinal conception, distinctive insight, various style, fluent style andliterary grace.The first chapter combines the age background and LuYou's life, which discusseshis mentality and thought.The second to seventh chapters focus on mainly seven literary style of the mostliterary value such as prefaces and postscripts, ShuQi, miscellaneous notes, sketches,historical biography, stone inscription and eulogizing.The second chapter discusses mainly the features and value of LuYou's refaces andpostscripts, which has intense attention to the social events, the comprehensivepresentation of the scholar scene, the ingenious setting for the charm of recall modeand the masterminding the literary achievements with painstaking effort.The third chapter discusses the ideological content and artistic features of theShuQi, LuYou's letters mainly include four aspects in the content such as the politics,the studies, the comments and narrative, to show his main view to current affairs andliterature. LuYou's QI unfolds mainly the mentality of the official career andcalling for recovery.There are three aspects with the artistic features of LuYou's ShuQi,which are the sincere and implied emotion,the precise and simple art ofcomposition,the abundant literary grace. The fourth chapter discusses LuYou's miscellaneous notes, which discussesTingTaiLouGeJi from the angles of concepting, writing method and language using etc,and discusses the RuShuJi from the aspect of describing landscape, cultural identityand attention to society.In art performance, the RuShuJi is flexible and free, conciseand natural, humorous, showing fully advantages of diary style.The fiveth chapter mainly discusses the multiple value of LaoXueAnBiJifrom the three angles of historical value, academic value and literary value, anddiscusses the LuYou's thoughts origin from the record about family tradition in theJiaShiJiuWen.The sixth chapter discusses NanTangShu. NanTangShu is the private history bookwritten in LuYou's later years,which shows centrally LuYou's moral, knowledge,insight and genius about history.This chapter discusses the features and values ofNanTangShu from the angles of the spirit of truthful record, attention to society, theinsight and writing way about history.The seventh chapter discusses the style characteristics and achievement of stoneinscription and eulogizing and so on.In the conclusion it puts the LuYou's prose in the development of macroscopicbackground of the prose in the two Song dynasties, which contrasts with SuXun andSuZhe longitudinally,with Chen Fuliang and YeShi transversely from the angles ofcreative quantity, style and artistic achievements. It draws a conclusion: Lu You 'sliterary achievements can enter the top-ranking writers in the two Song,who is theoutstanding represent in the literary reviving arena of the Southern Song Dynasty.The two articles in the appendix study LuYou's mentality in the SHU period,debate and correct LuYou's old age official career mentality again, think thestatement of the "compromise honor", can not stand.
