The study on reformation of stage performance forms of China's contemporary drama from the view angles of narration is not merely the change in theoretical points of view. For the narration of drama has formed a new concept of aesthetics at contemporary times and generated significant influences on the transformation of the performance forms of drama stage, in terms of layout patterns on the studies of our country's contemporary drama performances, this thesis is a new experiment not only on the adoption of methodology, but also on the selection of study object.The thesis consists of eight parts.1)IntroductionIt expatiates the basic viewpoints of the thesis on the adoption of theory of drama narratology, and academic significance of selection of drama stage narration as the object of study.2)Chapter One: The Distortion of TimeIt mainly reflects on the free distortion of episodes time. The summarization and stoppage of time, the exchanges of the tense, and the psychological time, all have obtained their relevant " stylistic shapes " of space on the contemporary drama stage.3)Chapter Two: The Deformation of SpaceIt mainly displays the space concept of which the hallucinatory imitation is broken off on stage space. The fictitiousness, simplification and interpretation are three main kinds of narration space transformation and they have made contemporary directors gain the unprecedented freedom of utilizing visual maneuver, one of drama narration vocabulary.4)Chapter Three: Narrators Coming On StageIt mainly illustrates that narrators played by actors and or/actresses bring to public the fabrication nature of drama stage performances when they tell stories on stages. This is the key issue of stage concept transformation of China's drama from imitation to narration.5)Chapter Four: The Juxtaposition And The Multi-ToneIt mainly reveals that in the narration structure, the combination concept ofantecedents and consequences is broken through by the emphasis on the coexist, multi-dimensional combination of juxtaposition and the combination of multi-tone.6)Chapter Five: The Utilization of RhetoricIt mainly demonstrates that direct utilization of the rhetorical means, such as metonymy and metaphor, on stage narration significantly enriches the narration forms of contemporary drama stage.7)Chapter Six: The extension of parodyThe drama performances in 1990s put emphasis on the narration forms of parody with obvious post-modern coloration, which marks the new transformation of the drama narration concept.8)ConclusionThe significance of innovation depends on the confirmation of game rules, but the formulation of game rules is absolutely not an individual's behavior, it is a cultural behavior with broad involvement.
