Yun Nan Province is the politicah economical and cultural center in southwest China, and it is also an important region where ethnic minority peoples live. According to the historical record, in Yuan Dynasty and before, the Central Plains immigrants moved into Yun Nan Province for over ten times, the immigrants number changed from some dozens to thousands of people. Therefore the Central Plains immigrants hadn't changed the nationality structure of Yun Nan, but merged themselves into it. In Ming Dynasty, the government organized large scale of immigration to Yun Nan, in the main political and economical area, the immigration population exceeded the local population rapidly and becoming the leading nationality. Along with the coming of immigration ,the Han culture began to spread in different forms.Chapter one mainly relates the significance of research on immigration in Ming and Qing Dynasty, and on the spread of Confucianism, introduces the present situation of research and research methods. The author thinks the research plays an active role in realizing the relationship between the politic economic culture of Yun Nan and the inner land.Chapter two relates the immigration status of dynasties before Ming Dynasty and spread of Confucianism. Since the Confucianism became the classical thought of ruling class in Han Dynasty, until to the Ming Dynasty, together with the immigration Confucianism came to Yun Nan. During the thousand years, although the reason of immigration were different, there was one point, that is all the immigration were spread the Confucianism conscientiously, and promoted the local society to change into one that use the Confucianism as the criterion to guide the development direction of the society. During the period,the most typical event of Confucianism spread was that SaiDian-chi built school in Yun Nan, which push the Confucianism onto a new stage.Chapter three relates the status of large scale of immigration in Ming Dynasty and the influence on the spread of Confucianism. The large number of immigration and the duration in Ming Dynasty was unprecedented. According to the record of different historical data and the research of modern scholars, the number of various immigration to Yun Nan was above 2 million just in the reign of Hongwu and Yongle in Ming Dynasty.The population structure of nationality in the central area of politics and economics was changed rapidly. Added to the Han nationality that immigrated to Yun Nan before Ming Dynasty, the Han nationality became the main nationality in Yun Nan. Accordingly, the politics economics culture of the Central Plains were carried to YunNan. A heat of spread of Confucianism was started. The production style life style thinking method ethic moral value tropism etc.ofthe Han nationality influnced Yun Nan's society in different style and different channel. In the middle and later period of Ming Dynasty, the political system changed a lot under the influence of Confucianism, that is a part of ethnic minority deeply influenced by Confucianism began to have the political reform, that is abolishing the native chiefdom system and bringing the ethnic minorities under unified provincial administration.Autarky smallholder economy of feudal society occupied the leading status. The productive force standard of Yun Nan was up to the same as that of the inner land. In culture ,the number of learning Confucianism were increased, social custom were greatly changed in most area. The Han culture, feathered by Confucianism , became the standard of reform the culture and custom of ethnic minority of Yun Nan.Chapter Four relates the immigration to Yun Nan in Qing Dynasty and its influence on the spread of Confucianism. In the Qing, although the immigration scale couldn't compare with that in the Ming, with the increased communication between the innerland and Yun Nan, the outstanding conflict between large population and limited land, the developed mining industry in Yun Nan, so the immigration of Central Plains to Yun Nan was nearl...
