The Study For Inner Alchemy Ideology Of Wu Shouyang

Wu Shouyang who was one of Inner Alchemy experts had the most widespread infection in the late stage of Ming Dynast, which was a new transition period of Inner Alchemy Theory, belonging to Taoism. Wu Shouyang was the comprehensive expression of Taoist Inner Alchemy Theory. Also Wu Shouyang's Inner Alchemy ideology was one of the mature symbols for Taoist Inner Alchemy Theory. Researching his Inner Alchemy ideology, it was not only useful to understand the development and changes of Taoist Inner Alchemy thought, and master the Taoist Inner Alchemy cultivating system deeply and roundly, but also it improved to lucubrate Inner Alchemy Taoism and Taoist theory in Ming Dynast and Qing Dynast. Wu Shouyang's Inner Alchemy ideology supplies a great amount of regimens and thoughts for present people. And it provides some important reference value for advancing people's physiological and psychological health. Especially, paying attention to cultivate body and mind is also an instructional signification to prevent people's psychological and physiological diseases. However, there is not very systemic and all-around research in the academic environment.
