A Study Of Stuart Hall's Cultural Theories

Stuart Hall's contribution is central to any notions of radical cultural politics, crucial precondition for understanding the struggle over meaning, power, and identity in public sphere. This thesis makes reinforcement that Hall is the origin and the most influential figure in Cultural Studies, and first time in China Academic field to define Stuart Hall as the Father of Cultural Studies. Hall's dynamic cultural theories obviously will stimulate more understanding of political agency and arouse public consciousness by establishing Media Literacy or Public Pedagogy, and Museum Study in China.
