The thesis demonstrated the creation and the theory of Chen Zilong's poerty and prose. It was based on the version, and returned to the version, and at last tried to find the literature value of Chen Zilong. By comparing the literature thought with the associations in the end of the Ming-Dynasty, the thesis re-evaluated of the status of Chen Zilong in the third literature retro sport of Ming-Dynasty.In the part of introduction, the thesis introduced the reseach status and reseach problem about Chen Zilong, and proposed the thesis's focus. Difficulty and the breaktrough service, introduced the reseach methods and framework, described the family. Life and works of Chen Zilong.In the first chapter, it discussed the arts features about Chen Cilong's Yue-fu, Five-Seven characters Ancient, Five-Seven characters Metrical Poetry. Based on the version, and connected with it's times environment, it analysed its retro and breakthrough service. The reseach methods was from its genre and the change of the pre-and post period.In the second chaper, it discussed the poetry's theory of Chen Zilong, By analysing the concept of Feng-Ya, Bi-Xing, it found the theory reflection of Chen Zilong. Then it discussed the "emotion", "aspiration", "Rhetoric and nature completely involved" and poet's regulations, found the times worth and Innovative ideas of Chen Zilong.In the third chapter, it introduced the art feature of Chen Zilong's prose, From his various of prose subjects, it explored the succession and development of his prose. It tried to discuss the retro though from Chen Zilong's prose, and found it's gains and losses. By confirmed with Chen Zilong's prose though, it tried to return it's literature original in history.In the fourth, it discussed the theory of Chen Zilong's prose. From his theory of Text to Set Road(文以载道), it described the literature course of Chen Zilong from stressing in rhetoric to paying much attention to lirature's nature, and by criticizing "han-xue" and "song-xue", it analysed the nature of the "Dao", and the utilitation literature concept of Chen Zilong. Then, it introduced the time, the course, the concent of the famous debate between Chen Zilong and Ai Nanying, analysed the impaction to Chen Zilong's literature.In the fifth, it introduced the complex relationship between Chen Zilong and the associations in the end of the Ming-Dynasty. The section 1, it analysed the social background, the political environment and the literature problem. And based on those conditions, it discussed the history inevitability of the third literature retro sports. The section 2, br comparing the literary though with Fu-Association, Ji-Association, and Xiling-Association, the thesis trid to find the impaction of Chen Zilong to them.
