Wang Gungwu found the identity issues of Southeast Asian Overseas Chinese in 1950s. This text further probes into the identity domains. There is an identity politics field of Southeast Asian Overseas Chinese Within the identity domains. The concept of identity politics contains a fundamental relationship between sovereignty and migration. And there are two observer dimensions in the core of the relationship:one is sovereignty dimension; another is migration subjective dimension. The interaction of the two observer dimensions, is not only a political process of inter-construction; but also a contractual process of inter-construction. Contractarianism is a political tool for migration. There are two historical clues by stages in the tense transformation of the identity politics:one is a history of event tree; another is a history of ideology pedigree. There is also a corresponding concept of a new identity to the new migration:new globalism identity. The new globalism identity of new migration is still a contractual identity.
