On The Study Of Harmonious Problem Of Chinese Peasant Workers Entering Cities

The ideological and political education of the peasants is a new task in the field of ideology and politics. The thesis is about the important problem of our socialist harmonious society—peasant workers entering cities, and ideological and political education. Because of various social factors, peasant workers have trouble in entering cities. This has effect on our socialist economy and modernization drive. We stick to the principles of marxism-leninism guidance in the study. The thesis is to analyze the problems of peasant workers entering cities, especially cultural problems. What we do is to construct the peasant worker ideological and political educational system of the peasant workers, and we help them come true their ideal. It contributes to the harmony between city and country, workers and peasants, interpersonal relationships, and it develops peasants in an all-around. The study of the thesis makes for realizing transconformational feature of our country, and innovates Chinese socialist theory.The basic framework of study is mainly ideological and political education of the peasants, and the thesis combines with the knowledge of sociology, politics, psychology, ideological political education. It adopts data study, the comparative method study, data analysis and interview on the spot. The author has studied peasants workers for many years, and the author has looked up documentation, and questionnaire survey and interview on the spot in Changsha, zhuzhou, Xiangtan and Changde, and she also have collected a great mass of data about it. The author pay much attention to the two special groups—new generation of peasant workers and women peasant workers. The author has finished three projects of provincial level education research plan, that is:"On the New Generation Peasants Entering Cities in Harmonious Societies"; "The Psychological Block of Chinese Peasant Entering Cities and Its Reformative Study"; "Training Mode Study of New-type Peasants in socialist New Country Construction".The thesis defines peasant worker, and states the policies of the peasants. We analyze the background of the peasants becoming peasant workers and the policies shift of the peasant workers in it according to the Chinese history. And we not only talk about the status of the Chinese peasant worker ideological and political education, but also compare with the moral education practice of the peasant in Britain, America, so we can obtain enlightenment from it. Western moral education is down-to-earth, and regime is perfect. The thesis is mainly about the problem of peasants entering cities and relationship of construction socialist harmony. We analyze the peasant ideological and political education from the aspects of social, industrial environment and community of optimizational peasants. Based on it, we come up with institutional ideas about the peasants from consummating socialist regime and socialist New Country Construction.The point of innovation of the thesis is to discuss the problem of the peasants of new generation and women entering cities. Because of unfair factors in society, it leads to the stereotyped labour division model of women that still exist. The model is inclined to marginality. Solving the problem of women entering cities can contributes to family harmony, the stability of society, modernization, urbanization. New generation peasants is a new force of our national peasant workers, and it is also a main force of industrial workers. They are closely related to industrialization, modernization, harmonious society construction, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. They are social groups whom researchers, policy makers,directors in society cannot ignored.
