Global transactions and capital flow are conspicuous phenomena within the whole globe since 80s which have been paying great regard because of several violent financial fluctuations since SOs.During the rapid and violent development process of economical globalization, international financial system is full of instability, which incurs colossal impacts on economic operations of every country of the whole world . how to stablly and efficiently carry out international transaction and utilize capital flow during the rapidly developing process of economical globalization are the subject jointly regarded by every country's government, entrepreneurs and economists of the whole world. The thesis is exactly based on such backgrounds for research.The whole thesis includes an introduction and five chapters. For the introduction, the article first explores the sense to carry out research with regard to global transaction and capital flow, demarcates research object of the thesis and explores the methods to study the problem. The thesis points out that for developing countries, how to both utilize the development opportunity of economical globalization and prevent from globalization impacts during the process of opening up, and in regard to more unstable global market, not only avoid impacts, but also ferret out further development chances in the event of violent fluctuation of global economical situation are important subject calling for imminent research.The thesis is committed to this problem. It places emphasis on methodological sense of studying such problems with systematic and scientific thoughts.For the chapter one, it first explores development situation and feature of contemporary global transaction and capital flow, and following it, the chapter studies a series of problems concerning economical globalization such as characteristic and basic+ontradiction of economical globalization, the development extent of financial globalization, instability of international finance system and the frame of global labor division. The thesis also emphasizes exploring the issue of mutual coordination among government, market and enterprise as regards global resources allocation during the process of economical globalization. I think opening up economy must adapt to integral strength of global market.For the chapter two, the thesis first looks back on and comments upon the leaf net of theory research of international trade, analyses and assesses prevailing theory sects of contemporary international trade.For the chapter three, the thesis analyses the relationships between global transaction, capital flow and enterprise growth, offers comparative analysis with regard to every international transaction method of enterprise and proffers such problems as enterprise growth mode innovation during the process of economical globalization.For the chapter four, the thesis, from a country's angle, summarizes and further explores how to carry out international transaction theory research for one country and mainly study, on the situation of economical globalization fluctuation, how to utilize international transaction mode in order to make its function of integral foreign transaction system consummate for one country.For the chapter five, the thesis studies the problem of Chinese reform and construction with regard to foreign transaction mechanism. I contend that china should actively push forward adaptive adjustment with foreign transaction mechanism so that china can become the country carrying the strongest competitive capacity within the whole globe. It concentrates on such problems as foreign trade mechanism, the utilization of foreign investments mechanism, and further reform of financial mechanism.
