The independence of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan in the former Soviet space of Central Asia in 1991 was followed by intense efforts of nation-building by those newly independent states. The independence of the Five Central Asian States was a result of changing of the International Pattern and has suddenly gained. Process of the that, these Countries has entered the International Community, is difficult and protracted. The emergence of these States is perhaps the most dramatic change in the geopolitical and geostrategic landscape of Eurasia in the post-Cold War period Politically, economically, and strategically, Central Asia, erstwhile the 'terra incognita', is fast becoming an important region in its own right in world politics, reviving its historic role of a cross-roads between Europe and Asia. The Five Central Asian Countries can't play a leading role in the International Politic and Economic Pattern, but these Countries is the important changing strength. The Central Asian States active participate in international political life and achieve great successes. The importance of the strategic position has determined by geographical position and natural resources of the Five Central Asian States. These states have apt influenced from international situation and surroundings. In the last years, a regional order in Central Asia has gradually emerged, while the Five states are embarking on a turbulent search for their own national identity and state-building in the post-Cold War context. The Central Asian Countries must keep abreast of the international economic develop. In security these states actively create a mechanism of the cooperation and explore 'International guarantee'.China has vital strategic interests in Central Asia, mostly because it shares long common borders with three Central Asian states. The frontiers of China's Northwest have been traditionally perceived as the most vulnerable to defend. It is probably only natural that in the last years, China has put security concerns at the top of the agenda in its relations with Central Asian states. These concerns include measures to safeguard the security interests of China, ways of enhancing regional security regimes, and steps to take towards cooperative arrangements to foster mutual trust in security matters. It could be argued that to maintain regional security and to safeguard the strategic interests of all countries in the region are two common goals that have been pursued by both China and Central Asian states in the last years.
