Business transformation and industry development is a research to transform industrial organization structure and industrial enterprises in West China abiding by the guide of industrial development strategy in West China, with the idea of combining new management theory and economics theory, which intends to create optimum macro and micro factors needed in the design and effective practice of industry development strategy in West China.Industrialization is the core shbstance of modernization and will support and stimulate its development. Based on this analysis, this article designs industrial development strategy in West China and puts forward measures to implement it and to reengineering the industrial organization structure in West China and the micro economy basis in the way of SWOT analysis.
