Innovative Labor Theory

The contemporary world economy has been characteristic of the innovation of knowledge, technology, management and institution. The innovative labor has been the dominant form of labor in making the social and economic development. These circumstances are already pressing for our corresponding theoretical innovation in order to make timely new conclusions, generalizations and abstractions.On the firm basis of the historical exploration of "labor", this dissertation initiates the concept of "innovative labor" and spends much of the efforts in defining the content and extent of the concept, in studying such systemic structural issues as the subject, object and media, in exploring such exterior environmental questions as culture, institution and resources, and in generalizing the major characters and category of innovative labor.In terms of economics, this dissertation originates the theory of value of innovative labor on the solid foundation of the understandings of value of labor and its potential approaches of being further developed. And this job has been possible only when the heritage of Max and the current reality being fully addressed. This dissertation is also informative in explaining the currently confusing issues with the application of the theory of value of innovative labor based on the study of value creation, value measurement and value realization of innovative labor. And the question of distribution of the value of innovative labor is also addressed. In distinguishing the value creation and value distribution and analyzing the determinants of value distribution, this dissertation sets the principle of "distribution according to innovativeness". The concrete application of this principle in the practical problems of distribution in current China is also devised.In terms of view of history, this dissertation sets the framework of the materialist historical view based on the innovative labor. The innovative labor is not only the logic entrance of historical materialism but also the very motivity of human social development and the essential embodiment and fundamental approach of the free and full development of man.Our study of innovative labor is an endless task because the development of innovative labor is a gradual course, as is true of the development of man and society.
