Regional Urban Construction Integration Strategy Investigation

This paper analyzes the practice of town construction and development to direct the practice of future urbanization. It also brings forward and discusses the reasons, backgrounds, strategic connotation, theoretic basis and political frame for realizing regional urban construction integration strategy by regional economic, urban economic, management and geography and base on the essential principle of urban spatial construction theory. This paper is made up of eight chapters.The first chapter introduces something about regional urban construction research, such as the selected areas background, related theoretic trends, investigative methods and thinking, primary research matter, possible innovation and so. This chapter also expatiates the selective reasons and research meaning.The second chapter analyzes the contrary problem of economic regional urban construction. The problem that irrationality, too small scale and bad form patterns construction of urban spatial construction is outstanding. This chapter also puts forward the integration strategy and connotation for realizing regional urban construction.The third chapter expounds the optimal pattern of regional urban construction and raises to achieve urbanization strategy with megalopolis as a guiding role. In order to form scientific, reasonable and harmonious regional urban system, it is needed to develop big city firstly, guide the development of surrounding cities and small town including country through greater and super cities.The fourth chapter raises the main path of regional urban construction integration and puts forward a manner of adjusting enterprise recombination based on economic structure. This Chapter also points out the difference between urban recombination and optical economic structure theoretically and practically.The fifth chapter discusses the pratical problems about conception planning and wide-territory administration and suggests strengthening scientific spiritual and legal authority. This chapter also advises coordination regional urban construction integration.The sixth chapter expounds the strategrtic policy and political transformation of regional urban construction integration and brings forth some suggestions. For example, adjustingadministrative division, innovating urban and rural and household management, perfect sustaining development system and etc. With regard to these suggestions, this chapter modifies policy theoretically and practically.The seventh chapter discusses the feasibility and important meaning of Hunan provincial golden triangle regional urban construction integration, whose demonstratin is that Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, the three cities are united into one city. Based on the analyse and summarization on the tentative strategy of economic integration of the three cities, this chapter puts forwards and sets forth the strategetic connotation of uniting cites.
