With the development of productivity, the enterprises management mode is changing. A profound trend in the change is the combination of theories of oriental and western management as well as practices. Therefore, the theories of oriental management and practices become an international focus with the coming of knowledge economy. Under the guidance of cultural construction policy adopting the old essences today and learning from other countries, this thesis makes a deep research on traditional Confucianism on management. Combined with the requirement of times of knowledge economy and based on current theory of value-based management, it also explores management philosophy choice of instrumental human relationships, which meets the characteristics of our national culture. In theory, its significance lies in study on the relationship between national culture and the mode of enterprise management, while it is for our national prosperity during the era of knowledge economy and seeking a way for human resource management in practice.It first looks back and sums up Confucian management views and current value-based management theory, and comes to the following valuable conclusions according to qualitative analysis, case analysis and positive assessment.â‘ The features in Confucian society have direct influences over the human relationships in the enterprise and condition of the labor- capital relation.1) The emphasis of individual behavior restrained by others in Confucian society. One important individual motivation is to keep a good terms with the group in which the individual belongs to. So human relationship becomes a key of human resource management in the enterprise of Confucian cultural zones.2) There is an overall dependence on the units for which Confucian social staff work. As long as the workers have got the sense of security working in the unit, they may have the idea of belonging to it.3) The ethic relation plays a more important role in the maintenance of Confucian social order than Western societies do.â‘¡ The thesis brings up three main contents of management of human relationship under the background of Confucian society and culture, honeycomb management, total inclusion management and human-based rule system.1) Honeycomb Managementa. To establish intimate human relationships consciously between the staff in the course of management both staff's work and social life, and positive group norms.b. After the establishment of positive group norms, small group should be considered as one basic unit of enterprise management system. c. Restrain the economic behavior of small group staff by using the ethic norms.2) Total Inclusion Managementa. Treat employees as enterprises own persons.b. Establish all-round inter-commitment relationship between enterprise and its staff.3) Human-based rule systema. Combine rule system and human relation management.b. To being short of positive enterprise culture and intimate staff relations, the first aim of Total Inclusion Management is to differentiate work standard and duties in individual.c. After establishing of intimate staff relations, group aims are bound to replace individual arms. Simultaneously, another duty of the rule system is to standardize the relationship of small groups.â‘¢Practical manager assessment in Chongqing enterprises partly verified judgment bringing up in the thesis.1) Labor-capital relations are still quite close, although employees appear reduced all-round dependent on enterprises. Enterprises appraise employees not only caring its work duties, but also its whole life.2) Employees appear close relations in after-working affaires.3) In general, enterprises exist explicit division of individual duties.4) Two-way adaptation is considered in Chongqing enterprises when working out rule systems.5) Features of close staff relationship enterprises: enterprises cares the whole life of its employees; Employees exist close relationship after-hours; There are explicit division and implemen...
