Currently, new changes and significant influence are brought to manufacturing industry because of the rapid development of advanced manufacturing technologies and the requirement of human society's sustainable development. Green Manufacturing (GM) has become one of main development trends of modern manufacturing industry, and a hot spot in current manufacturing research domain. Recently, many experts and scholars are engaged in correlative researches and applied work, such as: Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Design for Recycling (DFR), and many valuable accomplishments have been achieved. However, There are lots of farther research work to do for the successful operation of GM system, and how to absorb advanced manufacturing management modes in the world, achieve sustainable development of manufacturing industry and enhance synthetically market competitions capacity of manufacturing industry, is a task worth of further discussing.Based on the analysis of existing researches of GM and correlative technologies, a manufacturing management strategic mode studying and implementing GM — the concept, connotation and characteristics of reverse supply chain, has been introduced. Further, Based on the generalized modeling ways of disassembling- aggregating, the architecture of the reverse supply chain has been constructed, which includes general structure, functional view, Organizational view, information view, resource view, process view, and the origin of reverse supply chain and the influence on companies' business mode caused by integrated with supply chain have been analyzed. Based on the company integrated "X" mode of supply chain management, the company integrated mode on the basis of supply chain and reverse supply chain has been brought forward to research integrated problems in wider domain.Reverse logistics is a main compositive part of reverse supply chain, which involves in a series of key technologies.Product recycling technologies are one of important key technology of reverse supply chain. Uncertain factors in product recycling system of reverse supply chain have been analyzed. On the basis of existing researches of recycling technologies, product recycling strategies, product recycling model and product recycling classified methods of reverse supply chain have been discussed. Based on the existing sale logistics network, logistics network model of reverse supply chain, considering transport cost and fixed cost, has been constructed. Robot designs of reverse logistics have been carried on in order to reduce logistics cost effectively and strengthen the stability and flexibility, and the case study of network of reverse supply chain has been shown by Taguchi。Inventory technologies are another key technologies of reverse supply chain logistics. Based on the existing researches of inventory technologies of reverse supply chain, inventory problem in the reverse supply chain has been discussed, and inventory controlling strategy and mode of reverse supply chain have been presented. On the basis of safe inventory mode of supply chain and considering the internal and external influence of reverse supply chain, Safe inventory mode of close loop supply chain has been constructed. The solution of the model has been discussed, and the case of numerical value has been shown.
