| At present, the agricultural development of our country is constrained by resource, market demand and environment. On one hand, agricultural products supply has turned from being in shortage to a basic balance in total amount, and after our country joins WTO, the agricultural products will face the fierce international market competition, and market demand is larger and larger to the engagement which agriculture will be developed; On the other hand, with the abuse of chemical fertilizer and agrochemicals, the agricultural ecological environment worsens sharply and harmful substances remained in agricultural products increase constantly, thus impair agricultural product quality and the improvements of its benefit, restricting the sustainable development of ecological agriculture too. Implementing agricultural standardization, which help resources be utilized effectively, rationally and fully, is of great meanings to strengthen international competitiveness of agricultural products, ensure people in good health, protect ecological environment, and raise peasant' s income.A large amount of investigations on the current situation of agricultural development of Zhejiang Province has been used in the dissertation to analyze the actual effect and main obstacles of agricultural standardization of Zhejiang Province in the present stage, and corresponding measures and suggestions are raised.Chapter two gives a historical review on definition of agricultural standardization, analyzes classification and tasks of agriculture standardization, describes the application in agriculture standardizes of standardized principle and summarizes the former research achievements in this field.Chapter three introduces the main international agricultural standardization institutes, analyzes agricultural standardization development in some western countries from the angle of management regulation, management mode and management means, Introduces 5 stages as start, develop, stagnation, recovery, high speed development in our country' s agricultural standardization development. The chapter also introduces some points for reference by analyzing the agricultural standardization development abroad.Chapter four analyzes the general situation of agriculture and agricultural standardization development in Zhejiang Province. Based on the investigations and analyses in 20 counties, it offers the actual effect of agricultural standardization of Zhejiang Province.Based on the investigations of 405 peasant households, correlated quality mode and logistic regression model, chapter five focus on the main factors which may influence peasants to produce products under agricultural standards.Chapter six focus on 3 kinds of agricultural standardization spread modes and their pros and cons -- government leading mode, enterprise( company) leading mode and economic cooperative associations leading mode. The chapter discusses the effects of cooperative management modes to spread agriculture standards in Zhejiang Province by analysis of 4 actual cases. The effect of agriculture standards in cooperative management is also studied in the chapter.In chapter seven, structure analytic approach is adopted in analyzing obstacle factors. Through the data processing to the survey of 20 counties in Zhejiang Province,it shows the obstacle factors and their structure that influence the agricultural standardization development of Zhejiang Province.With former interviews and investigations, 14 measures are proposed in chapter eight to bring about an advance in agricultural standardization of Zhejiang Province. By applying the main composition analytic approach, suggestions are given to promote agricultural standardization of Zhejiang Province from aspects of financial support, market regulation, organization ensure system and personnel training.Chapter nine gives a historical review on the dissertation' s research conclusions and points out the problems existed in it.The original points of this dissertation main include the followings:1.
