Reshape The Study Of Contemporary Chinese Society In Transition Government Power

Contemporary Chinese society is lying in the transitional process from a traditional society to a modern society, from an agricultural society to an industrial and informational society, as well as from a close society to an open society. Social transition raises a higher demand to the government who acts as the dominant force in the process of reforming and opening to the world. In return, the government should adapt itself to the demand from social transition and development, reform its mechanism and build up an operational mechanism characterized with "reasonable structure, scientific arrangement, strict procedure as well as efficient restriction". So it is of comparatively great theoretical and practical importance to study the operational mechanism concerning the governmental power in the transitional period of contemporary Chinese society.Subject to the guidance of dialectical materialism, this paper insists on a way combining regular analysis and empirical analysis, political analysis and ecological analysis, contradictory analysis and historical analysis, as well as systematical analysis and comparative analysis. What's more, systematically, deeply, and comprehensively, this paper elaborates the nature of transitional period of contemporary Chinese society, some basic theories concerning the operational mechanism of governmental power, obstruction phenomena existing in the operational mechanism of contemporary governmental power, the target models and guidance principles concerning the reconstruction of the operational mechanism of governmental power, the basic framework concerning the reconstruction of the operational mechanism of governmental power, and the relationship between reconstruction the operational mechanism of governmental power and further reforming the system of the government. Besides, this paper also puts forward some trains of thought and ideas with creativity.The dissertation comprises of introduction and five chapters.In the introduction, the author analyses the nature of Chinese social transformation, also discusses the relationship between socialtransformation and the operational mechanism of state power, and concludes relevant states of research while introducing the aim and methods of research in this dissertation.In the chapter one, the author tries to build a theoretical frame of operational mechanism by studying the nature, factors, patterns, designing and evaluation of operational mechanism, which may provide a theoretical guidance for analyzing the hinder factors and reconstructing the mechanism in the transition period.In the chapter two, the author explains the representation of the hinder factors and cause of the operational mechanism in the transition period of contemporary China.The third chapter analyses the positive effect that is produced by the globalization, informational and democratization to the reconstruction of the operational mechanism. It elaborates the tendency of the operational mechanism and the principle of its reconstruction based on the mutual relationship of the government system and its environments.In the chapter four the author discusses the reconstruction direction and countermeasures of the operational mechanism, which includes the value, consolidation, stimulation, controlling and adapting.In the chapter five the author promulgates the positive influence upon the reforming of government system of organization, which is brought out by the renewing of operational mechanism. It puts forward the suggestions to reforming of the contemporary Chinese government system.
