The Research On Creditability Management System Of China Transitional Economy

In the recent years, corporate behaviors offending laws and creditability principles, such as fake and shoddy goods production and sales, deliberate debt evasion and fraud, making fraudulent information, becoming an at large phenomena, strictly affected the smooth progress of the national economy, and also an important problem related to social market economic system. The credit system of business enterprise as the core of the whole social credit system is the basic guarantee for the development of Chinese Socialist Market Economy system. The corporate credit system is the system which serves for the credit system of the activities in the enterprise, with corporate, executive, agency and government as its corpus, the gaining of confidence of the enterprise, the judgment of credit and the punishment for failing in promise, etc as its vital links. Canonical Market Economic activities cannot get away from the social credit system that can transfer the social resources effectively and make the market trades .canonical. The dissertation names the phenomena which corporate creditability in a low level equilibrium for a long time, as the lack of corporate creditability in transitional economy, and mainly studied three issues.First, the paper discusses influent schools of thought and their representative thoughts. This part analyses the main characteristics of corporate creditability in transitional economy in China. Then the paper analyses corporate creditability in the market economic environment by adopting macroeconomic theories, microeconomic theories, information dissymmetry theories and game analysis method, and studied the supply and demand of corporate creditability and their balanced relation.Second, the paper compares the difference and similar of western national credit system mode in the modern Market Economic environment by using comparative analysis, including the gaining of confidence of enterprise, the judgment of credit and punishment for punishment for failing in promise, etc. it analyses kinds of endanger that corporate creditability brings to the development of market economy during the transformation period, and it also analyses the influence of Chinese historical cultural background, current economic system for the crisis of corporate creditability in the transformation period.In summary, this thesis analyzes western corporate credit system and draws on the experience from it. At the same time the theory of domestic corporate credit system is also deeply investigated, and some practical solutions are provided: for example, how to settle the problems of the collection, evaluation of corporate credit system in China; how to set up the punishment system for losing credibility; and how to set up a feasible corporate credit system in China during the transition period of construction.
