The U.S.A had greatly benefited from World War II, while most of European developed economies suffered enormous lost. Therefore, the postwar economy of U.S soon dominated the world economy because of its GNP, which is No.1 in the world and its steady increasing growing speed. Since the last decade of the 20th century, its economy had been approaching a "golden time" in a benign developing railway which showed the characteristic called "Two lows and One high". The "Two lows" were referred to its low inflation rate and low unemployment rate, and the "One high" was referred to its high economic growing speed. The U.S had once more created a miracle in developing its economy. The practice of U.S in developing its economy shows that rational industry structure can not only provide good external developing conditions for every department of industry and be in favor of improving the benefit of industry, but also guarantee the economy development in a continuous, steady and harmonious way and get an excellent overall benefit. The proportion of production value (PV) and employment of every industry in U.S simultaneously represent the proportion that the service-producing industry occupied most of PV and employment, and that the goods-producing industry follows the former, and that the agriculture industry the least. The conclusion drawn from the theoretic research indicates that the structure of American industry is the optimized one that has the characteristic of post-industrialized phase in developing the economy. The experience of American economy going up and the rationalization and the high-levelization of its structure of industry has been the model studied and followed by every country in the world. Comparing to its counterpart of American, the proportion of PV and employment of China's agriculture industry is too high while that of the service-producing industry is too low, and the degree of heavy-industrialization of China's goods-producing industry is also low. Therefore the experience and procedure of U.S in developing its industry can provide inspiration for developing our country's economy and the structure adjustment of industry, and the study of the cases that U.S developing its agriculture industry, its automobile industry and its information industry can specially be of use to developing their counterpart of China.
