Research On The Effect Of The Development Of Freeway To The Industrialization, Urbanization And Modernization In Our Rural Areas

For long time, the development of rural economy has been an important issue that government and academia highly pay close attention to. From a new angle of expressway's influence function, this thesis carries on a research to the rural economy development of our country, enriches the expressway economic theory and explores a new field of economic research of the expressway.This thesis, on the basis of a survey of relevant domestic and international research, structures its theoretical foundation of structuring, summarizes the basic theory of expressway economic belt, comments systematically the traditional theories of the development of rural economy, brings forward a developing mode of "Three-Two-One" and a "development chain"of the rttral economy which accords with China's actual conditions. With the guidance of the theories of expressway economic belt mad the development of rural economy, it puts forward the mechanism and mode of influence on our rural economy development of file expressway, divides timing development stages of expressway economic belt, constructs a room-defining model of expressway economic belt based on time and freight charges. It also probes into the influence functions of expressway to the rural industrialization, urbanization and modernization separately in our country, points out that the rural industrialization, urbanization and modernization are effective ways of realizing the transfe of rural surplus labor of our country. With a research object of a passageway in Dongjing town along Shangsha-Xiangtan expressway, it makes a positive research of the room-defining model of expressway economic belt and the influence functions of expressway to the rural economy development. It puts forward the policy recommendations of promoting rural economy development relying on the advantage of the expressway from the aspect of the macroscopic.The thesis finally points out the limitation of the study and looks into the distance of the follow-up study direction.
