With the rapid development of information technology, the regulation of finance becomes loosen. The environment of commercial bank becomes more uncertain. Under this background, more and more problems arise, such as organizational innovation of commercial bank fall far behind the development of economy, absence of knowledge between organizational innovation and innovation effect, absence of evaluation on organizational innovation, moreover, not only there is weakness in commercial bank organization, but also being deficient of innovation. These problems make commercial bank organizational innovation stagnant. Studying these problems are the important premise and starting point of organizational innovation in commercial bank. Traditional methodology single science can not solve these problems. Thus, the comprehensive research on the organization of commercial bank by integrating organization theory, innovation theory, finance theory and complex theory is employed here. This paper discusses the following problems each chapter:Chapter 1 introduces the background of this research, puts forward some practical problems of the commercial bank and discusses the significance of this research, put forth the theory frame, research method and the innovation points of the study and so on.Chapter 2 traces back to the theoretic sources of complex theories, organization theories, enterprise theories and innovation theories, which relate with the organization innovation of commercial bank.Chapter 3 The frame model of commercial bank organizational innovation is discussed. First this chapter defines the related concepts of the organizational innovation of commercial bank. Put forward the organizational innovation of commercial bank as the transformation process of structure, process and culture at the organization's core level, which is driven by the strategy and adapts to the technology and personnel conditions. There are two important distinctions between the organizational innovation and the general organizational transformation. One is that the former emphasis on value creation and the integration of innovation and value creation, the other is that the former stresses the interaction of core level and support system. Base on the complex theories this chapter discusses the business process, organizational structure and organizational culture innovation in-detail. Finally, through the study of the case of organizational innovation of CCB Guangdong, tests and verifies some conclusions of preceding research more deeply.Chapter 4 focuses on the dynamic process of organizational innovation of commercial bank. First, this chapter analyses the evolutional mechanism of self-organization and selfed-organization. Then, discuss the organizational innovation process model. Put forward organizational innovation of commercial bank as the result of mutual effect under entropy production effect and driving force effect. Furthermore, bases on the complexity theories this paper discusses the dynamic evolutionally process of commercial bank organizational innovation in its life cycle,putting forward that the main parameter of organizational innovation without change, but changes dynamically in different class during its life cycle. Finally, this chapter puts forwards different tactics of organizational innovation for different class of commercial bank in their life cycle.Chapter 5 is empirical research on the organizational innovation relationship between the innovation influent factors and innovation effect of commercial bank. It suggests that there exists inherent relationship between the organizational innovation influent factors and the innovation effect. First, this chapter designs the measuring system of organizational innovation. Then through factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and one-way-anova analysis supporting from SPSS 10.0 on the basis of the questionnaire, the study shows that, commercial bank organizational innovation influent factors are correlated with the effect factors, there exists quantitative relations be...
