Study On Theory And Method Of Agile Supply Chain Synergic Production Management

Based on the analysis and overview of related literature and research status quo in agile supply chain production management, synergic production management (SPM) is discussed. This thesis is mainly concerned with several key technologies in SPM, including SPM system structure, production resource modeling methodology, synergic production scheme establishing method, synergic production procedure controlling strategy and realization of SPM software etc. The thesis aims to provide theoretical and methodological guidance for SPM's research.On the basis of analysis the competitive environment of todays manufacturing enterprises, Chapter 1 firstly review the development course of production manufacturing technologies and management mode. Some theoretic of agile supply chain is introduced, and the problem of production management is weightily pointed out. The thesis frame is presented after the primary content is explained.Chapter 2 introduces foundational theory of synergic and the concept of synergic production and synergic production management. After SPM system structure of three hierarchies is established, several important correlative enabled technology of SPM is analyzed.Chapter 3 analyses the essentiality production resource modeling of SPM and establishes production resource multilayer model. After the three modeling technology including Oriented-Objected and multiple Agent and business procedure rebuilding is introduced, a mixed modeling method is proposed based on them.In chapter 4, The characteristic and request of agile supply chain synergic production scheme is discussed firstly, Then We establish the total model of synergic production scheme based on negotiation .The chapter mainly researches detailed instituting method of synergic production scheme, including decision-making and analysis of order, schedule decomposing and task distributing, negotiation model base on multiple Agent. At last, we analyze the problem of separation capacity at tempering and give a corresponding searching arithmetic. , Chapter 5 firstly analyses the characteristic of synergic production procedure, then establish hierarchy of synergic production procedure monitor and carve up level of monitor and give detail method. We put forward total model and general frame of synergic production procedure controlling based on workflow combining whit WfMS technology. At last, we establish workflow system frame relative to synergic production management and give detailed project.Chapter 6 gives realization of the synergic production management software system.In chapter 7, all achievements of the thesis are summarized and the future research work is sketched out.
