With the constant advancement of technology, the continuous development )f social economy, market globalization, and the global information network coming into being, supply chain management has been attached much importance :o, and hence became popular. To gain more benefits, Supply Chain Management SCM) tends to be applied to integrating more resources to a full range. It can be seen from its practices that advanced technology and supply chain partnership (SCP) have key impacts on SCM efficiency. Therefore, studies of supply chain integration technology and supply chain partnership bear much significance both theoretically and realistically.Based on SCM theory, this dissertation makes a systematic analysis on some problems on SCP in the light of organization theory, complex system theory, and game theory. The main contents are as follows:1. After thoroughly reviewing literatures on SCM and its current research, this paper presents an analytical pattern of SCP by looking into its meanings and classifications, into the bounded rationality hypothesis, into SC members' objective and strategies, and potential profit.2. The first step of SCM is partner selection. Partner selection is a multi-object decision making. This dissertation provides an evidence-theory-based method for choosing SC partner, and then illustrates how-to use it. To appraise a candidate firm is to obtain its actual inner information, and this process can be expressed as a bidding game. This dissertation analyzes and modeled the process. Once the partner is selected, contract between core firm and its SC partner will be subscribed. This contact affects every stage of SC operation; hence, this dissertation discusses the essence of the contract and how its terms come into being.3. In the phase of SC operation, agency problem is concerned with. Incentive contract is the core of agency mechanism and is also a complete case of the contact mentioned before. This dissertation gave a theoretical analysis of the two means (incentive & controlling) by which principle can affect agents' behavior. And the dissertation makes the first attempt to discuss the incentive contract in a multi-agency circumstance. Just because there are several agentsinvolved in SC, the games between principle and agencies, as well as the ones among agents should be taken into account in an incentive contract to give economic incentive to the agencies accordingly. The dissertation gives a systematic analysis of such contracts.4. On the basis of the SCP analysis pattern, the effects of other aspects, such as structure of SC, organization culture and trust, on SCP are investigated.5. In the phase of SC disorganization, focus was mainly given to the common assets division between SC members and to the ripple effect in SC. Common assets can be divided by auction, thus this dissertation analyzes such division when SC members acquire different amount of information about the assets. Furthermore, a random graph is applied to the analysis of ripple effect, which can be used not only to describe the process of SC disorganization, but also to describe diffusing process of innovation in SC.6. Having summed up all the main results achieved in this dissertation, the last part is devoted to proposing some measures for the improvement of the harmony of SCP, and to make clear about the novelty of this dissertation as well as the directions of future studies.
