Basing on the studying thoughts of "analysis of the productivity theory-analysis of the agricultural productivity connotation-construction of the agricultural productivity evaluation, analysis and optimization model-system application and test", the agricultural productivity evaluation, analysis and optimization system(APEAS), which included natural productivity, material productivity,economic productivity, technical productivity and social productivity, was set up according to the modern agriculture productivity characters of polymorphic, multiple administrative levels, structural, systematic, APEAS had evaluating, analyzing, optimizing function for agriculture productivity and could serving the development of modern agriculture on adjustment and optimization, and decision-making of using new technique. 1 APEAS included agricultural productivity evaluation, analysis and optimization.1) Based on the sequence of agricultural nature productivity(ANP), agricultural material productivity(AMP), agricultural economic productivity(AEP), agricultural technical productivity(ATP), agricultural social productivity(ASP) and agricultural comprehensive productivity(AGP), agricultural productivity evaluation model was set up. Based on crop physiological and ecological principle, ANP model was constructed, which included photosynthetic productivity, photo-thermal productivity, climatic productivity and soil productivity. AMP model was set up reviewed the efficiency of radialization, quantity of heat, precipitation, and soil based on the elements of agricultural resource. AEP means the integrative efficiency of labour force, fund and soil. ATP combined the contribution rate of progressive technique and the effect of technique appliance. ASP means the integrative opinion of social resources.2) Agriculture productivity analyzing model was constructed by adopting the means of which combining temporal analysis, special analysis and structural analysis, and the agricultural production system was analyzed thereby yield efficiency, relativity, configuration, trend and stability.3) Agriculture productivity optimizing model was constructed by adopting the means of which combining crop predominating, crop district predominating and linear programming, the crop structure and the resource distribution were optimized thereinto the front including crop planting structure and crop spatial distribution, and the later including fertilization distribution and irrigation distribution, et al.2 The agricultural productivity was analyzed based on APEAS, the results showed as below: (l)Agricultural productivity evaluation1) There were obviously change in spatial for ANP in China. The photosynthetic , photo-thermal, climate,and soil productivity were respectively 72000-115000 kg/ha, 28800-105000 kg/ha, and 7700-105000 kg/ha, 5200-72000kg/ha. It were temperature and water that enlarged difference of the natural productivity in different regions, but there were little effect of soil factor on the natural productivity. Water factor was the main factor for ANP and resulted in the regional difference of ANP extend to 1000% in China .2) AMP was evaluated by using the annual standard yield in farming system, the results showed that AMP in China was 2400-10000kg/ha, and the yield per unit area of rice and peanut had already reached the advanced level all over the world, but other crops were much lower than in developed countries. The largest regional difference of AMP amounted to 300%. This showed that regional differences of the natural productivity could be reduced by the devotion of agricultural social economic resources.3) AEP was evaluated, the results showed that the development mode of regional agricultural economy could be estimated clearly with the soil, funds and the labor force productivity, and economic style inChina could be divided into 3 types as the town model ( such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and so on), the widely terra model (such as Xinjiang, Jilin and so on) and the labor denseness model ( such as Szechwan, Anh...
