| The superior district advantage of Jing Zhou, which is the knot of the area of Chuan, Yu, Xiang, E's economic development, the important port city in the middle of the Yangtze River, the central city of the Middle North area, the polity, economics, civilization center of Jiang Han Plain. Meanwhile, Jing Zhou is the famous city of historical culture and has been stronger in travel resource. Except, suitable climate and fertile land accomplish the abundant agriculture resource of Jing Zhou. The national economic synthetic strength of Jing Zhou is prompted under several generations'working hard. However, the economic development of Jing Zhou is still in the lower level and in the least stage of 17 place, city and country in Hu Bei Province. Thus, how to promote the national economic synthetic strength of Jing Zhou and realize the sustainable development is the most important thing at present. Area sustainable development lies on how to open and apply the resources in the large extent, especially its superior resources. So does the Jing Zhou economics. Therefore, the core of Jing Zhou sustainable development is to research the recent condition of Jing Zhou resources'use and definite the sustainable resources of Jing Zhou. Meanwhile, We have no a formed mode as a guide to develop district economics under the theory of the sustainable development. For this reason, this paper strives to take Jing Zhou economics for example to research the mode of our country's area economic sustainable development and offer a guide on theory for other distracts'development. At first, this paper summarizes the relative achievements on research of resource economics, with which to analyze the recent condition of Jing Zhou resource and point out its superior resources and dissuperior resources; At the same time, through taking theories of the area economic development as a guide to refer to make the ecosystem city's foundation in Jing Zhou as radiation and spur Jing Zhou city and country to develop in harmony; through the theories of sustainable development, especially the theories of agriculture and travel's sustainable development to research the sustainable development strategies and revisions of Jing Zhou agriculture and superior resources'industry of humanist travel resources. To study in this paper will give some certain references for the sustainable development of Jing Zhou economic society, and then provide some bases for depending on superior resources to make Jing Zhou build ecosystem travel city and the best living environment eventually. In this paper, through analysis and refers that Jing Zhou is rich in natural resources and humanist resources. However, the weak industry and lack of mineral resources result to without the qualifications of develop industry. The superior resources in Jing Zhou lay in land, water and culture, in other words, the superior resources in Jing Zhou is ecosystem agriculture and humanist ecosystem travel. Therefore, through take Jing Zhou city as radiation center, then build ecosystem city to let Jing Zhou go the way to obtain sustainable development. In this paper also learns a lesson from the experiences of home and abroad and raises usage of Jing Zhou superior resources and sustainable development mode of industry, and build protective systems which how to carry out these strategies.
