The Study Of China's Anti-Monopoly In The Present Period

This thesis is a comprehensive and penetrative study of administrative monopoly in china guided by Marx and Lenin's theory on monopoly. With materialism and materialistic dialectics as the basis methodology in the present study, the author draws on some of the important theories in western economics on monopoly and explores the theme in the light of the current practice of building up a socialist market economy.Our country has been dedicated to opposing administrative monopoly from reforming economy system and opening to the world. The practice, though fruitful to some extent, is with a lot of problems yet to be solved. The study, which examines administrative monopoly in the present study against the macro-background of building up a socialist market economy, break through the research mode from a single angle of view, such as economy, law and policy, while build up the system research mode. The article points out the concept and characteristics, then analyzes the general situation and the causes of formation. At last, the author puts forward a series of measures: firstly, in order to break the profession monopoly, the function of government must be detached from that of enterprise, industries must be recombined, non-public economy must be drawn into monopoly industries, and relatively independent organization of supervision must be set up; secondly, in order to break region protection, our country must be begun with system reform, law adjustment and the reform of checking achievement, so as to ensure that united marked will be come into being and the reform of monopoly industry will go on wheels.
