Compartive Study About Civil Political Participation

With the developing of the politics economy and cultural establishments, the arranements and scope of the civil political participation are promoting and enlarging. The new trends of China on the civil political participation are being paied close attention. Just like China, many countries are now being initial or developing stage. The dissertation chooses comparative study among China and India. Place citizen political participation into modernize history of the world, investigate the law and general character of the political participation, discuss the effectiveness which political participation would bring about, summarize the experience and draw from this, and look ahead of the prospects of china political participation.This dissertation consists of introduction and four chapters. In the part of introduction this dissertation introduces the genesis of topic choosing, the domestic study situation and even abroad, theoretical analysis instrument and the framework of this dissertation.Chapter 1 analyzes factors which influence with civil political participation, such as legacy of history, cultural tradition and economy condition. Nation' s politic system can' t deviate from the natural condation, ecomomic base, social structure and political culture. China and India political participation all take root among their land, their history environment and real condition.
