Conflict And Interaction: The Institution And The Culture Of The Politics' Development In The Transforming Society

Institution and culture are the main topic at present, which people show great interest in studying them from different kinds of disciplines, and it is an attractive and challengeable study field. This paper is main to, based on the general institution and culture, investigate and study the development of transformation in social political institution and political culture, and especially, the change of both interrelation in the action and significance of improving politics. Generally speaking, political institution and political culture are the main contents of politics'development, and they are also the key factors which influence politics'development. Then, on one hand, improving the development of political institution and political culture individually is the only way to the politics'development; on the other hand, how to avoid the conflicts between the political institution and political culture, and how to improve the whole politics'development, based on interaction, are the basic problems which have to be solved in the developing process. Based on the full use of the achievement of the research on the institution and culture, conducted by politics, and some other disciplines, especially, conducted by economics, firstly, this article investigates regularly the relationship between the institution and the culture, and it reveals that the essence of, culture being pregnant with institution and institution selecting culture, is the inner unity of them. And then, it analyzes the conflicts and interactions of the transforming social institution and culture. And it systematically summarizes the cause, forms and features of their mutual rejection between the transforming institution and culture, and then, it tells the possibility of inter-improvement and lists some basic models. And this paper not only explains the necessity of the conflicts between the transforming social institution and culture, but also proves the reality of their inter-improvement, and proves into the conditions and process of the interaction between institution and culture.
