Meaning Of That Study

This dissertation includes three sections—index, main body and conclusion.The index mainly introduces the chosen title's background and meaning, the intention and method, expounding and proving way and structure designing of the writing. By the introduction of the index part, I hope that I can clarity the premise consideration about the problem that raises my interest to discuss this issue and the knowledge approach to the conclusion.According to the two knowledge approach to the conclusion, the main body firstly at large detailed expounds and proves the historical and practical significance about the concept and theory of declaration of intention following the historical approach; secondly, it explores in theory and analyzes in practice about declaration of intention following the theory-practice approach.There are five chapters in the main body.Chapter 1 intends to clarify basic sequence of the engendering and development and the basis of history and the thought of the basic concept of civil law for the continental legal system. Thus reveals the practical significance of engendering about the concept and theory of declaration of intention. As the important sign of human being's early civilization, Rome-law breeds the sprout of declaration of intention. France-law and Germany-law engender the concept of declaration of intention and gradually perfect it by inheriting and developing the Rome-law. We have realized clearly that the engendering and development of the concept and theory about declaration of intention have undergone a long historical process and have had deep basis of history and thought The article inspected the transplanting , inheriting and developing of declaration of intention in our country, and looked into the future of the formulation of China civil law.
