Criminal quantitative elements are written in specific provisions of the Criminal Law, which clearly indicate the amount and the establishment of conditions indicative of the extent of crime. Elements to quantify the existence of an explicit provision for standards, legislative model of the criminal establishments could be divided into two basic types, which are stereotypical-style legislation and quantitative-style legislation. Stereotypical-style legislation is the establishment of the normal legislative model, but quantitative-type legislation is relatively rare legislative type. Chinese Criminal Law is a typical representative of the Legislative-quantitative, the existence of criminal quantitative elements of our Country's criminal law has a pattern different from other countries and regions, which is the unique character of the jurisdiction of criminal legislation.States should focus on criminal law theory of building effective national criminal legislation; criminal quantitative elements as the symbol integral part of special legislative provisions on the structure of China's criminal law deserve much more attentions from all over the world.
