The Chinese Communist Party, The Ideological And Political Work Since Empirical Research

The basic experience on the ideological and political work was an important academic field since the central party was in power. The research on this subject has theoretical and practical meaning not only for enhancing the ability to govern, but also for further reorganization of this work and for the construction of this subject. The dissertation absorbed some or others results, gave a train of thought on the basic experience since the CPC came into power., which based on the analysis of basic theoretical problems and basic contents.The dissertation mainly consisted of five parts.In the preface, it gave some reasons for choosing the subject, the significance of the subject, the present research on this subject and some analytical methods.In Chapter I, it gave some analysis of some theoretical problems .Firstly, it clarified three relative problems .what's the ideological and political work since the central party of china became leader .what's the connotation and meaning of the basic theory and what's the connotation and meaning of the basic regularity. Secondly, it drew a conclusion that ideological and political work was a process of summing up experience, making it become theoretical problems and then got a further recognition on the ideological and political regularity. Thirdly, it demonstrated the meaning for the basic regularity and basic theory, which brought by the basic experience.In Chapter II, it concentrated on analyzing the premise of ideological and political work since the CPC came into power. In the 1st part ,it presented a dialectic thought on the ancient ideological and political teaching .In the 2nd one ,it gave a rational analysis of the successful practice during the period of the New Democratic Revolution, In the 3 rd one ,it gave a systematic conclusion of the theory of the ideological and political work on Marx's ,Engel's and Lenin's .In the 4th one ,it demonstrated the arduous exploit of ideological and political work of the CPC ,whose representatives are Mao Zedong ,Deng Xiaoping Jiang Zemin .In the 5th one, it gave a systematic reflection of the Soviet Unions ideological and political work. In the 6th one, it gave a critical absorbing of the mature parts of the western ideological and political teaching.Following this logical clue, it demonstrated the historical origin, theoretical basis, directly resource, practical basis and international condition of the basic experience of the ideological and political work. In the Chapter III, it gave a systematic demonstration of the content of the basic experience of ideological and political experience. From the perspective of enhancing the ability to govern and promoting the comprehensive development of the people, the writer concluded 6 parts of basic experience about ideological and political work since new China was founded. The 6 parts are :the guidance of ideological and political work practice is the developing Marxism, paying highly attention to the ideological and political work at the height of ruling party ,the ideal and political work should serve the key task of the CPC, persisting a good image of ruling party ,enriching and developing the content of the ideological and political work unceasingly according to the political circumstance, innovating the method of ideological and political work continuously .Then the dissertation analyzed the inner logical relations of these experience and outlined a complete content system on the basic experience of the ideological and political work .The action demonstrated both the same strain characteristics and the theoretical characteristics of advancing with the times, it not only come from rich practice but also has rational characteristics.In Chapter IV, it gave a train of thought on how to innovate continuously. The purpose of summing up the experience is to innovate .This is the inevitable conclusion of the dissertation. In this chapter ,the view turned to how to use the Marxism to study the ideological and political work experience ,persist it in the practice and use the experience innovatively and how to innovate on these experience .Firstly ,it gave an analysis of the dialectic relation between experience and innovation from the view of methodology. Then the writer put the experience and practice together, gave a further demonstration of requirements and inspiration brought by the basic experience. Finally, it gave a clarified answer on how to innovate in the facet of idea, content, method and team on the basis of holding on the basic experience to reach the purpose of uniting the inheritance and innovation dialectically.
