The growth of Taiwan non-profit organizations (i.e. foundation) is very rapid after 1987. People in Taiwan were deeply experience and recognize non-profit foundation's function and contribution on rescue quality and efficiency on 921 Earthquake. Taiwanese accumulates wealth with rapid economic growth during last 50 years, but social minority still needs supports from social security system and social welfare services. Xin-Dao master set up an international non-profit organization Ling-Jiu Mountain Philanthropic Foundation, the purpose of this foundation is to construct a cross-religion cooperation platform in promoting "respect", "amiable mind", and "love" belief, conduct mutual support, concern life, and satisfy living in 1988. To manage diversity background volunteers (this foundation's major human resource source ) of Taiwan Ling-Jiu Mountain Philanthropic Foundation, it requires a trustworthy volunteer management system. The purpose of this study was to use foundation volunteers' data of Taiwan Ling-Jiu Mountain Philanthropic Foundation to understand volunteer management system of Taiwan and to provide a foundation's volunteer management model. The results of this study found that:1. Volunteers of Taiwan Ling-Jiu Mountain Philanthropic Foundation tend to have satisfactory ability to understand volunteer environment and to provide good services for Taiwan society,2. Taiwan Ling-Jiu Mountain Philanthropic Foundation offers a variety of training courses to improve volunteers' service skills,3. Taiwan Ling-Jiu Mountain Philanthropic Foundation affords many benefits, conducts performance evaluation, demotes those not adequate as a volunteer, and proposes volunteer demand plans, and4. Taiwan Ling-Jiu Mountain Philanthropic Foundation employs professionals, scholars, committee members, and senior volunteers to resolve foundation volunteers' existence problems, to provide solutions, and to fulfill its mission and belief.
