As a typical sub-group of society, self-organization is a unit of human communities. Because of the internal organizational power, parts of the people in the human social life use their own wishes to form it. The philosophies of self-organization include the following: autonomy, individuality, self, a sense of initiative, and with the main service out of his existence. In the form of society, self-organization and the organization are closely associated. With the combination of the basic objectives, many elements of self-organization, a social form, will integrate into a continuum. It is not only an effective combination of individuals sharing a common purpose, but also the social form of self-organization maintained and operated by spontaneous ways. In this sense, we can define self-organization as following: self-organization is an orderly, structured social entity formed by the individual or group in the social life who relies on self-generated power within the organization to achieve specific objectives.Self-organizing theory is not only a key to explore the unknown world, but as a theoretical guidance to form the social self-organization, it also includes the study of the theories of the phenomenon and the disciplines of self-organization theory.Self-organization is a form of self-initiated, self-build, self-directed and self-management organization. Sharing the information of the giant surroundings in the social system, it begins to understand and play the social role to exert its own social functions. As self-organizing members, the social roles' behaviors are generally led by the powers of the self-organizing norms, roles, common expectations etc. The self-organization shows the diverse forms of the social relationship networks by the means of the members' mutual collaboration and the groups' existence. Its orderly existence is not only a high-level self-existence, but also an existence relative to in youth and community relations. As the self-organizing members being in the social networks, their impacts and interactions with each other have effects to form more stable social relations. And their actions have the accordant objectives making the self-organizing social relations established in the clear on the basis of the social interactions more systematic. The formation of self-organization is both through private channels and non-private ones. However, in most senses, its organizational form is the outcome of atypical personal contact. It is the embodiment of participatory design of the citizens' participations in a variety of self-organizing forms. The connotation of self-organization is mainly represented by autonomy. In times of social transformation and cultural crisis, traditional associations are weakening while some new forms of associations designed by creative person with great efforts, especially the emerging self-organization are growing up. Self-organization, not mandatory but voluntary, is non-mainstream organizational form. Under the principle of free choice, by the established model of free association, it spontaneously forms a consensus association with common interests or benefits, and common goals or values. As a self-organization of social form, it supports the normal state of the basic elements of the civilized society. The existences of the autonomous citizens and the open society shape the politic of self-organizing form in advance; social interaction and voluntary polymer shape the society of self-organizing form in advance; association and the right of association shape the right of self-organizing form in advance; common interest, goal or value trend reflecting the commonality of a developing harmonious society shape the intercommunity of self-organizing form in advance; the existence of the organizational core's agglomeration and the groups' functionality shape the power of the inherent consolidation of self-organizing form in advance.Youth self-organization is a spontaneous and self-generated group with combination relationship and the psychological interaction. In a certain age range it belongs to the scope of the new generation of the group. It is an active group in the social life. Especially with the rise of the industrial revolution, it emerges by the improvement of the crowd's self-awareness and the emerging of the youth based generation. With the nurturing of a harmonious society and the development of the market economy, self-organization will be even more legal and perfect in the aspects of social objectives, internal structure and operational modalities. With a new, fresh and the strength, it came out and extended to all areas to be the cornerstone of the modern society. Of course, self-organization is not the ideal type of social organization. It is a form of social organization in the initial stage, and also a spontaneously- formed organizational institute.Youth self-organization is a spontaneously- formed organization for young people meeting the needs of self-consciousness. The value of it first is the relations between the main youth and the social object; then is the objective properties of the youth self-organization, as well as the functions to meet the young people's main needs in the social life. The value position of the youth self-organizations obviously mixes the kind of individualism with the community. In the framework of self-organization, having a total share of the "public" by the social community ensures to maintain the balance between the citizens and community of the self-organizations.Youth self-organization, in a sense of aggregation reflects the changes of the information age. The post-industrial social self-organization not only reduces their own internal level, but also enhances their flexibility in restructuring. Youth self-organization is different from the non-profit organizations of the public sectors. It is the same as the third sector in the non-governmental governance, that is to say, it is a non-governmental organization. Since the 1980s the China's social emergence of youth self-organization has meant the youth-oriented trend of the corporatist, or a reflection of youth-oriented organizations. The possible coming out of youth self-organizations in contemporary Chinese society is closely related with the increasingly requirements of the independent of the youth organizations. On the one hand, it requires youth organizations to rationalize the relations with the state power organs, political parties and other community organizations. On the other hand, it requires the youth organizations to be relatively independent to show the dominant position of the youth group in the operation of the whole social system. The benefit relationship between the youth self-organization groups and their members is a substantive issue that can not be avoided in the market economy. The youth self-organization is a living organ of civil society, or a should-be role of the civil social organizations. To show the existence of diversity and the need for independent civil society, we can not be separated from youth self-organizations to promote and update. In another level, the group's membership may also enhance the non-zero-sum relations between the citizens and the country. The system premise of the effective functioning of youth self-organizations is the rule of law. In the rule of law, the legitimacy of the youth self-organizations is the code of conduct following the guidelines of the natural. It shows that the existence of the youth self-organizations is in line with justice, fairness, reason and freedom of political values. The youth self-organization's position is largely associated with its legal status, that is, whether it's legal and arises through legal proceedings or not. In the coexistence of pluralistic and tolerant of differences in dimensions, harmony and ethical building of a harmonious culture is what youth self-organization's advanced culture necessarily requires. The youth self-organization under contemporary China and harmonious shows the characteristics of the extensive coverage, the large amount, the diverse form, non-profit, interest margin and flexibility, as well as the autonomy and transparency of the rapid rise of new forms of network. As a new social class, the members of youth self-organization are a new member of the minority of young social class. It is different from the young crowd in the mainstream of social class or in the traditional organizational structure. The youth self-organization's group members' analysis of their own status not only tap their subjective experiences of the change society in the time of social transportation , but also reveal the most direct feelings they understand in their professional activities and the social development.Contemporary Chinese young people's activities are isolated continuously from the chaos of the individual and community, and the private life is separated continuously from the public life. The increase in the number of young population, underscores a new growing class of youth, but it may also shows the youth self-organizing members' mobility, temporary and variability. The culture of youth self-organization has the characteristics of the cultural metaphor, with its pioneer and advance showing the social needs in the dynamic development of the social life. Contemporary Chinese young people's inherent social needs are reflected by the needs of emotion, industry and edge-of-interest.The youth self-organization is a rapidly emerging important part of the civil society. Through the active participation of political activities, it safeguards the legitimate rights of groups and individuals, promotes the common development of the associations and the government, and achieves the goal of the public good of a developing harmonious society.Anglicizing the problems and prospects of the youth self-organizations in the contemporary Chinese society, and then taking a look on the whole from the aspects of size, structure, functions and regulate areas ect…we will find that they are still in a developmental state. The sub-culture and social mainstream culture made by them are the same in the ultimate value and the goal-oriented point, but are different in the performance and the carrier tools. The social mobility of the members of the self-organizations, mostly taking place in a strange society, in conditions of disorder will easily lead to social anomie. Self-organizations follow the logic of approach of the structures of civil society; emphasize the interaction between self-organizations and state. For the self-organizing social risk control, on the one hand we need a social consensus to cohense the interests of different classes, to reduce the possibility of disputes with each other and to achieve the possibility of removing the social conflicts, to maintain the social order. On the other hand, we also need open community feedback mechanism, expand channels to divert social discontent and provide mechanisms for the equally social promotion.Self-organizations provide an opportunity for social identity to follow the shape of self-identity. And because of the innate existence of the characteristics of the weak and lax cohesion ect…of self-organizations, it needs a process to form the positive public identity .The direct threat to the public identity is the competition and conflict, these two forms of interaction in the time of social transition. In order to build youth self-organization complying with Chinese characteristics, we can guide their building in six aspects as following: promoting the functional mechanisms of the healthy functioning organization system, making the scientific strategy policy mechanism of the talent, improving the mechanism for the distribution of educational resources, improving the mechanism for social mobility, establishing the mechanism for the priorities of abilities, creating the social integration mechanisms of incentives harmony, equality and tolerance. The concept of a harmonious socialist society on the basis of an inclusive multi-world reaches the characteristics of open, differences and coexistence. The Chinese youth self-organization group members give a better understanding and indulging into a socialist harmonious society construction in a broader life status. Based on them, publicity, cooperation and love constitute the basic dimensions for the contemporary Chinese youth self-organizing members participating in building a harmonious society.
