At This Stage Of Our People's Spiritual And Cultural Needs Study

Mankind as social life has not only material needs, but also spiritual and cultural needs. To meet people's material needs is the foundation of people's spiritual and cultural needs of development and change. To meet people's spiritual and cultural needs will promote the development and changes of their material needs. Spiritual and cultural needs reflects human nature. It is also an important motive for social development. At the present stage, as China's rapid economic and social development and the improvement of people's material living standards, people's spiritual and cultural needs is increasing its share in people's needs. It is becoming increasingly important to social development, and has gradually the basic standard of the extent of civilization. Thus, studying and exploring people's spiritual and cultural issues at the present stage is of great significance in promoting a balanced, comprehensive, and sustainable social development, and in promoting human progress.The scientific method of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the scientific method of empirical analysis and normative analysis combined, the scientific method of multi-disciplinary research, as well as the scientific method of literature research and social survey combined, are used to analyze and discuss Chinese spiritual and cultural needs at the present stage.This article mainly covers the following seven parts: First, the introduction explains the significance of studying Chinese spiritual and cultural needs at the present stage, the status of domestic and foreign research in this field, and the basic idea, focus, difficulty and innovation of this study; the second part is to explore the basic content of people's spiritual and cultural needs; the third part is to analyze the position of people's spiritual and cultural needs in the social development, the main functions of people's spiritual and cultural needs and meeting people's spiritual and cultural needs, and the main factors of regulating the development of people's spiritual and cultural needs; the fourth part is to analyze the development status of people's spiritual and cultural needs; the fifth part is to put forward the basic ways of guiding people's spiritual and cultural needs properly; the sixth part is to put forward the main measures of meeting people's spiritual and cultural needs; the seventh part is the conclusion, namely, looking forward to the prospects for the development and change of people's spiritual and cultural needs. Thirdly, it correctly grasps the development situation of people's spiritual and cultural needs, and outlines the new features of the development of people's spiritual and cultural needs----people's spiritual and cultural needs of growth elasticity is stronger than before; the structure of the development trend of people's spiritual and cultural needs is multi-leveled and diversified; more and more ways to meet people's spiritual and cultural needs are being brought out. Fifthly, it proposes to the main measures of meeting people's spiritual and cultural needs: expanding the network coverage of public cultural service, the types of cultural and educational entertainment products and services, and the range of cultural intermediary services, enhancing the quality of supply of the ideological and moral education products, the creative type of spiritual and cultural products and services, and the entertainment products and services, establishing the long-term mechanism of spiritual and cultural industries and career development, developing cultural industries and culture career, learning from foreign experience in the development of cultural industries, and fostering high quality talent of spiritual and cultural industries.The conclusion is that the final point of the development of people's spiritual and cultural needs is the free and comprehensive development of human.
