Based on the theories of systematic science, higher education management, and human capital, the use of systems analysis and literature research, systematic analyses the training mode of professional degree. To extract the major components of its Elements: training objectives, training process, support conditions, external collaboration and quality assurance, establishing a conceptual empirical framework of training model on the relationship between them.On this basis, by using the example of representative of master of architecture, in the sample of top 12 universities that had the best graduate education of architecture in 2009, and the use of questionnaires, statistics and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis methods, theoretical models and assumptions were tested and modified, and supplemented by specific cases. Similarly to master of architecture, for example, from three levels of the macro (society), the meso (university), the micro (professional), studied professional degree's training objectives, training process, support conditions, external collaboration and quality assurance in U.S., and summarized its characteristics.
