The influence of exercise on immune function is very complicated. The research on relationship between exercise and immune function has experienced a long period process. During researching the knowledge was gradually established and deepened.Due to the mode, the intensity, the time of exercise is different; the age, fitness, training level, nutritious state of subject is different, and ecology and environment variety, the results of research is inconsistency. In general, moderate exercise enhance immune function by increase the number and activity of NK cells, T cells, B cells and leukocytes; Strenuous exercise suppress immune function by decrease lymphocytes proliferation to LPS; reduce NK cell number and cytotoxicity and IL-1, IL-2 and IL-6; and increase immune suppressive protein. In the early investigation people mainly pay attention to immune function changes of post exercise, such as proliferation of T cells and secretion antibody of B cells, and than concentrated to immune-modulation, such as the effect of nuero-endocrine, interleukin(IL) and immune suppressive protein on immune functions.Aging-related immune function decline occur in many components of the immune system and has close linking with environment and cells senescence itself. The newly investigation manifested aging related immune decline also has close link with immune cells apoptosis.Recently cells apoptosis, including immune cells apoptosis become a hot researching point in clinic and basic medicine. Although a lot of investigations in area have been done, the majority works were concentrated on immune cells apoptosis which was induced by medicine, antigen. About exercise induced immune cells apoptosis has been reported in recently, but still rare, and limited in one bout exercise induced immune cells apoptosis. The systematical investigating on exercise intensity, mode influence on apoptosis of immune cells in different age has not been reported. Studying the exercise effect on immune function, the relationship between intensities and quantitative of exercise with immune cells apoptosis and immune suppression, determine whether regular endurance exercise could counteract aging-related immune function decline and how seriously the intensity exercise influence on immune suppression of middle-and-aged people, all of thesehave very important practical and theory significance. In this paper we take mice as experiment subject, use flow cytometer(FCM) as observing skill, we studied the influence of age and exercise loading on immune cells apoptosis. The main results were as follow: (1) In 3 month aging group, the ratio of immune cells (T cells and B cells) apoptosis of heavy load exercise group are significantly increased compare with control group; the ratio of immune cells (T cells and B cells) apoptosis of unloading exercise group is the lower compare with control group (2) The sequence from high to low, the ratio of immune cells apoptosis in 6 month, 12 month aging group are as following: heavy load exercise group>one bout exhaust exercise group> exercise group > control group. (3) The ratio of immune cells (T cells and B cells) apoptosis in control group significantly increase with age advancing. (4) Among 6 month, 12 month experiment groups, the ratio of immune cells (T cells and B cells ) apoptosis in unloading exercise group is the lowest compare with other group, but the ratio of immune cells (T cells and B cells ) apoptosis of unloading exercise group is increase with age advancing. (5) In different aging and in same exercise loading group (heavy load exercise group and one bout exhaust exercise group), the ratio of immune cells (T cells and B cells) apoptosis of are significantly increased with age advancing.
