A new graph processing method to help recover and process the human motion graphs is presented in this paper. It has provided a way to measure the physical load directly from the film or television graphs.To study the human rigid body system, this paper has developed a kinematical and dynamic equation of 15 rigid body with 40-degree of freedom with application of Kane's method of dynamics. Thus it can simulate and analyze more human body motions. In order to find out the value of dynamics and kinematics, some programming skills such as structure module, dynamic storage, memory extension and coverage techniques are adopted. And the value acquired from the application of 4-order Runge-Kutta method is very accurate.The issues of how to pass and catch the ball and how to cooperate in soccer games are also studies with the help of graph analysis in internet theory. It has defined the concepts of generalized way and generalized attack intensity. Some strategies of passing the ball in soccer games are illustrated. This is based upon the Ford-Fulkerson Algorithm. One is to add more attack routes, and the other is to shorten the distance to the attacking point. It has also analyzed the physical force issue. As to the conservative system, in the light of Hamilton Principle and the physiological characteristics of human movement, this paper hasillustrated a way to simplify the study process and to get to know that when energy integral is certain, under the condition of non-isochronism variable, the energy time integral will keep a stationed value. Under the hypothesis that the relationship between muscle systolic dynamics, the kinematical characteristics and the human movement is a linear one, then the best equation for the athletes to give full play to their potentials in sports is obtained. This article has developed a mathematical model to improve the athletes' defense abilities. A basic strategy of one-to-one defensive technique is thus brought up.This paper has then applied the features of sine functions of Goth function, and according to Kronecher function, it has presented a new function to represent composite number and thus come out with a more accurate function of prime number distribution. With the integration of the research result and the overall strategies in the soccer games, this paper has provided some theoretical evidence to bring light to an objective evaluation to the lineup in soccer games.
