Sixia (1910-2004), who dedicated herself to Chinese education for 68 years, began her teaching career at the early age of 17 and retired till 85. As a noted educator for her great contribution for Chinese preliminary education, she also made her name as "Chinese В.А.СУХОМJINНСКИЙ", "Mei Lanfang ( the greatest Peking Opera singer) of the educational circles". She determined her majority time of life working at the teaching forefront, together with the children, fulfilling her promise " To be a primary school teacher all my life".Teachers must possess the spirit of love, the character of love, loving others should be one of the teachers' necessary accomplishments. Love given to the students must be placed in the core. Modern education proceeds the consideration of efficiency, emphasizing the role and the relation inside schools, casting the social relation to the teacher's private realm, as its direct result: Education lacks a kind of concern and love. Modern education also applies the education teaching process based on teachers' moral norm with the lawmaking of the ethics. Though the norm is essential for modern schools, it can only guarantee the basic order, it can't ensure the teacher's prominence of morality. Multi-angle account reveals Sixia's love spirit as a portrait "holding a heart without asking for anything in return". She defines her love performance as sort of respect, equality, tolerance and concern. To her, love is a kind of self-sufficient existence, not having any selfish purpose. Sixia generates her love with strong firmness, no matter when it is the frustrating or hard-pressed, or the uprising or glorious period of her lifetime, she has never changed her love. And this kind of love has got to be continued and brightened by her sons, daughters and student's.Teacher's fairness is a stable quality formed from the teaching practice involving social interaction and benefits, as well as based on the principles for the fair evaluation. Sixia exhibits her fairness from two basic levels: The social interaction level and personal interests level. In terms of the social interaction level, she could not only handle proper relations with the students, but also maintain an attitude with modesty and prudence, denying herself as "the truth owner" or "the spokesperson of the morals".
