The coming of society transformation make it necessary for school to form the sensible self-development consciousness, transform the external requirement into internal objectives, recognize the change direction, and take the active development step. With the school education reform gradually deepening in China, the school is in process of transformation from 'industrial' to 'modern' . The radical transformation of school is manifested and held by a good many particular connotation and character of school inner organization realizing qualitative self-transcending change. School organization change is becoming the inevitable great practice question and basal theory problem under the background of school change coining . As for today's school organization, change is not just for success, furthermore existence in the increasingly furious competition.The Chinese education system is founded depending on the drive of the politics mobilization and mightiness control with the both function of main ideological direction and planned economy system demonstration of Soviet Union, it is badly controlled. The school inner organization structure that also infiltrates the idea of compulsive administration management copies administration organization mode to organize system, gradually concentrated the power to the top, upgraded the centre. The organization makes people take a passive and mechanical execution role formally, and only emphasizes things well done while ignores people's active creation in operational mechanism, all of the school supervisor and teachers become live tool, deal with assignment from respective superior passively. In the period of society transformation, the school organization that also takes some change, but merely replanting corporation mode simply, following the lead of corporation organization system and culture, lacks the whole cognition and plan of school organization transformation core problem in the base of deep grasp, and the change mechanism of self-diagnose, self-renewal and self-perfect that school organization has specially characteristic of active creation. It is necessary to analyze the specialty of school organization is a kind of live existence further, people are the center of school organization concerning and serving, the change must aim at educating people, let the supervisors and teachers create actively and develop freely, make the organizational people be a active live state, a positive existence mode, consequently to establish new school organization ,realize school change of value, center, structure, practice process and development motility.The research of "New Basic Education" has been exploring much about school transformation change to establish "modern" school adapt to Chinese society development in 21st century, the school organization change and system renewal concentrated on the particularity of transformation change, so this paper, which makes "New Basic Education" a example, analyzes the organization form and operation mechanism of the school organization change based on transformation context.With the flat, recombination of organization structure and the foundation of non-administration organization, the form change of school organization is realized, the form change enlarge the development space of skeleton organizations, the teachers also gets the opportunity of self-development consciousness and practice, the center of school management shows a lower tendency on the whole, the power mainly flow in two ways: distributing it to basal organization , giving it to practice teachers. The power distribution strengthens basal organization principals' abilities, and the power giving advances the teachers' self-development. Change leads to system constant renewal, creates new culture continually, the interaction between system and culture enhances the change deepening efficiently, which makes the change be a kind of self-organizational behavior. Deepening into the inner operation process of organization change, we can review the school organizations' clear self-consciousness, change is a active metamorphosis process of self-understanding, self-improvement and self- renovation, which is depended on the change mechanism making all kinds of resource centralize by means of the dynamic of school education research, the guarantee of system renewal and the improving interaction system.Repeated from the point of practice, i. e. surveying school organization in activities, the function of organization vitality can be seen, which creates the organization development, promote the organization change. With the force changing, the organizations show different activity tendency, it can be divided into these distinct developmental states approximately: maintain operation normally, dynamic creation, ecotype self-organization. Analyzed from the transverse aspects, when the inner organization takes changes, the function points of the force will effect on individual, collective and more bigger system respectively. Different force contains different counterforce, change will be involved in many kinds of forces, which not only determines the different life state, but emphasizes the importance of change obstacle discovery. According to the change complexity, referencing to the former example research, we can see some more effective advancing strategy for school organization change, solve some fundamental problems more pertinently.
