Systematic Research On Modern Basketball Tactics

Basketball should be technique type same site event according to the event group theory. The group character of basketball decides the important position of basketball tactics in the competition. The developmental history of basketball event is the history of basketball tactics development. With the development of basketball tactics, changes of rules and the improvement of players'physical energy, basketball tactics has became the system which the offence and defence tactics are considered the key point.But basketball event develops quickly, especially during the latest ten years. On 1992 Olympic Games, No1 Dream Team got the champion for his dreamlike performance. But on 2002 the 14th World Man Basketball Champion, American team, consisting of NBA active service players, only got the 6th, and bronze on 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Comparing with the great changes of basketball event, basketball tactics theory has not keep up with the development of basketball. The former tactics system could not reflect the modern basketball practice. Some new content needs to be added, which is an important problem to be resolved on the progress of basketball event development.Documentation, investigation and visiting, statistics,video watching statistics and logical analysis has been adopted in this research. Through the research of the essence, imposition, basic contradiction, character and function, inquire into the whole system and structure of modern basketball tactics, go further into the value and form of expression, in order to arouse the theory and practice of basketball tactics. The conclusions are following:1)The definition of basketball tactics is: in order to get success, on the basic basketball technique, under the charge of tactics consciousness, the whole team coordinate harmoniously.2)Contradiction between offence tactics and defence tactics is the basic contradiction of basketball tactics, which penetrates the whole process of basketball tactics and decides the development of basketball process.3)According to the relation between the basketball team and basketball power, basketball tactics could be divided into offence tactics, scramble tactics and defence tactics. According to the practice character of basketball tactics during a whole 24-second period, offence tactics system could be separated into quick offence tactics, push-up tactics and set offence.4)The value of basketball tactics includes competition value, financial value and entertainment value. The principles of the basketball tactics valuation are system principle, process and result principle and max outcome principle.5)Basketball competition goes through a integrated tactics system.Tactics in competition should consider every points of the system in order for the sight combination between theory and practice.
