China in recent years has witnessed the fastest economic growth in world economic development.Among all the factors that can boost economic growth, the contribution of the investment in human capital in the promotion of economic growth has been commonly recognized.In terms of many countries' experience in history,it's evident that the investment in human capital ranks the most profitable and lucrative investment item among all the investment itemsThe quantity and proportion of high-quality human capital symbolize one country's economic development speed and also play an important role as the indicator for the degree of industrialization.Specifically speaking,investment in human capital has obvious positive correlation with indicators of human capital evaluation,such as the standard of economic development,citizen's health care,education and in-service training,and the investment in promoting R & D of science and technology,employment relocation,etc.This relationship should be revealed through the comparison of local socio-economic development in various regions in China with human capital allocation.It has always been considered that education plays a key role for the promotion of human capital and enhancement of the production and the application of high technology.Particularly,in China's transitional economies, the role of education is even more significant.In the previous theoretical studies,Schultz and others on the content of the definition of human capital and human capital theory laid on the importance of economic growth.In the expansion of the Solow model,in order to study human capital for economic growth in the role of human capital as the same entity capital being used to be used as production inputs,which transnational data verification has been a good fit.Health growth areas,and to Romer,Lucas human capital represented by the theoretical study of the biochemical more representative of the new development of human capital, with representatives of education-related variables of human capital.With the development of system economics,human capital factors contribute to the economic growth of the beginning of a new field.Researches on human capital,educational by Chinese scholars,are targeted mainly investment in education contributes to economic growth to a variety of data analysis;education EL coefficient calculated on behalf of education is not fair,using various methods of education contributes to economic growth.In these studies,as a representative of the investment in education is far from the connotation of the expression of human capital.And the average number of years of education of the education EL coefficient is a deviation, not good performance of the relationship between the human capital, education,and economic growth.In the contribution of education to economic growth in the analysis,as all economists use different methods,the conclusions are quite big differences in policy recommendations on the lack of guidance.Human capital,education is the lack of an internal mechanism that theory.With human capital and economic growth theories of development, system,as more and more important factors need to be incorporated into analytical framework.In particular,the rapid growth of China's economy,the macro environment,the various provinces and regions growing income disparities,and education,and human capital factors also the relevance of the lack of analysis.We focus on the following issues.On the contribution of education to economic growth in the method of calculating more Chinese and foreign scholars study,the conclusions are not the same as in the human capital theory Shultz and the contribution rate calculation method of calculating China's education contributes to economic growth rate is 11.5 per cent,while the separate calculation of the rate of economic growth in Jilin Province Education is the contribution of 10.3 per cent.The results show that education contributes to economic growth calculation method compared with other smaller,but horizontal comparison, than there is a great gap between the world's developed countries.In Jilin Province,and the numerical calculation process and comparison of the performance of the Jilin Province,the phenomenon of brain drain by education, this is an uneven economic growth focus. Educational needs of balanced development.Speaking of balance did not mean the region,but to the different levels of education.This is the elite education and public education on the one.We have concluded that all levels of education should be balanced development.Can improve the level of public education is the best most beneficial to the long-term development of a regional strategy.Human capital allocation and the efficient use of education is a prerequisite for the return.Human capital distribution from the point of view of the internal operation mechanism of human capital and human capital relative to the mechanism of economic growth do in-depth studies.In the role of the objective and subjective factors,the optimal allocation of human capital and the use of the environment in which closely related.In summary,human capital,education and economic growth are closely interrelated.After reviewing and evaluating the previous relevant theories,in view of China's national conditions,we also analyze the effect mechanisms, and conduct the corresponding data analysis.It is reasonable to admit that the present research may have some limitations.But economic growth in the field of human capital theory so huge,I can only select a few points to ponder,and to my knowledge,this line of thought is also not perfect,institutional factors such as the quantitative aspects,and so on. They also need more research in future work.The analyses in this thesis are not the complete ones or the final say;and some statements might be too sketchy.For further exploration,the study can widen the scope of data and theoretical foundation for analysis.
